Great location. Close to Central station and walking distance to the CBD. No restaurant facilities in the building but plenty of choices close by if you Google it. Friendly check in staff. Penthouse was clean and exactly as advertised. Each room had a balcony. Apt was serviced each day, which we weren´t expecting - thanks. Nice to the have Expresso machine and capsules too. We didn´t use the cooking facilities in the apartment. everything was great

1 elevator was out the entire time. The other elevator needed some maintenance based on how much squeaking it would make. You could hear it in your bed. More storage would have been nice. The touch pad controls weren't user friendly for the blinds but weren't provided instructions. Maid service times varied daily by 8 hours.

Location- close to Central station, grocery stores (Aldi), great variety of restaurants, walkable to more restaurants and shopping. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t have daily housekeeping but could get a generous refill of the coffee pods upon request. Interior design with clean lines, lots of storage. Generous supply of laundry detergent and toiletries ( big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, lotion), huge towels. Late check out available within a limited time frame upon request. Quick response time from reception desk On a bigger street, so it get’s loud early ( not a problem if you are jet-lagged like us, though?) No blackout curtains

Laundry in unit about 6-8 min walk to public transport to tourist places. Friendly staff who worked to get us in early. Great services apartment. Breakfast place on the corner was great! Not much- wish it was closer to circular quay but that’s on us!

All good except security issue I would have given them higher stars if they had not given this problem. As reported by several other people as well they charge security amount. From me they charged 400 AUD. They stated they released on 19th but i never got it. As a result i have to daily check and follow with bank or file chargeback. It is a total nuisance and they shouldn’t have done that. I had also given them cash option to take as security and give at time of checkout. They had refused. Like other apartments they should have taken just card details. All other stores/ companies were successfully able to give back refunds within 2-4 working days. I don’t like there security system. This has spoiled the entire experience

We stayed as a family a 4. Location is very convenient, you can walk to Opera house or get a bus, tram to darling harbour. Grocery stores is 5 mins walk away. Apartment has full kitchen. Everything was perfect

The location was fantastic and the size of the room was amazing. We had the ability to sleep, hang out, eat, and entertain friends we met in town. There was construction during our stay, although the impact was minimal.

The apartment has been one of the best places I've ever stayed. It was very close proximity to central station and everything else was very walkable. As for the apartment itself, I have found it to be quite comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, making for the time I stayed at the apartment most enjoyable. Lastly the customer service was one of the best, staff was super helpful and accomodating, giving us a great impression of our first time in Sydney. Couldn't recommend it more.

Excellent one bedroom apartment with kitchen. Everything you required was available and also very clean. Lovely having tea supplied, washing powder etc. Location perfect Construction noise was the only issue at the time, just some hammering nothing you can't put up with,
