the breakfast was great , and very complete & varied , in a very popular spot . We liked the wooden tub ... and the linen , duvet and pillows were great ... the complimentary teas were used & appreciated ... and loved the complimentary beverage when we arrived , and the nightly sparkling water on our room door every evening , a good touch the room was a little small, and difficult to block the sunlight that pours in at day break ( ie very early in summer) . The shower had an impossible shower curtain arrangement , admitedly made impossible by the stand alone wooden tub . Lastly, there was a large truck that kept collecting trash early morning below our window, made more outstanding by the fact that the area is very quiet

Nice rooftop breakfast spot, elevator not working for one day of our stay

Delightful boutique hotel with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff (shout out to Gabe!). We particularly enjoyed the onsite amenities - there are two incredible cafes onsite, and it is very special to be able to go to arthouse screenings in the onsite theatre. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Sydney!

Honestly one of my favorite hotels i've ever stayed at! The staff was amazing from check-in, and the room was beyond all of my expectations!! It's also in the heart of one of the best areas in Sydney - 10/10 would recommend. If I stayed longer haha

We loved the comfortable bed and the real towels, as well as the gorgeous tiled shower and the balcony. The daily sparkling water deliveries always made us smile, and the location was awesome. The staff were wonderful and helpful with everything we needed. The art and little touches like books and music in the rooms helped this space feel homey.

Nice and alternative style, amazing customer service (Gabriel was lovely).. I booked the loft room 403. 688 aud with extra 13 aud for eftpos. But I don’t think the price matches what they deliver. The shower was impossible to adjust to a comfortable temperature — I assume it’s a really old one. The partnered car park is quite a walk away, and it only allows single entry. If I wanted to leave and come back, I’d have to pay again. They also charged $75 AUD in advance without my permission, supposedly to cover any potential consumption. Usually, hotels charge after checkout, not before. The mini bar prices were hard to find — they could have made it easier by including them on a menu. And last but not least: no hair dryer. It’s nice that they provide condoms and tampons, but in my opinion, a hair dryer is a basic amenity every hotel should offer.

The property overall is as fantastic but the little details everywhere made it even better. The cafe down the bottom and bakery on the roof were amazing.

Great location, close to CBD and Surry Hills shops Noisey from the neighbours above but not a deal breaker

The finer details, such as exquisite linen, water bottles with lemon, Aesop toiletries, small business products. This distance to Central Station was okay. Easy walking distance to Hyde Park.
