Aiden by Best Western Darling Harbour

Great central location. Close to public transport. Very clean room. Check-in was easy and quick. Staff super friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and room had all the accessories extras you would need (i.e. slippers, hairdryer, steam iron, safe). Good checkout time 11am, means no rushing and can have a solid sleep-in.

Modern clean convenient location. Bit small. There is no much space habing to crawl over the bed to get it. Npt much toom fpr 2 ppl to get ready etc

The location is amazing, only 3 mins walk to the ferry and the Maritime Museum. Just across from the bridge leading to the CBD and all the shops. Plus restaurants and bars all within reach. We walked everywhere. Only a laundry room was missing - would have been great if there was one

The location was good. They also provided room service everyday. The hotel had a great location and daily room service, but the room was extremely small with an unattractive view of a brick wall. The bathroom also became blocked, although a lovely staff member resolved the issue very quickly. Overall, the price mainly reflects the location rather than the room itself. It is a very compact hotel, so I would recommend it mainly to people who prioritise location and daily room service over space and comfort.

Location was great! Arrived to find a sock on the ceiling covering the smoke alarm ‍ Room was very tight with the bassinet. And wish we were notified about the parking arrangements prior to arriving. We weren’t aware you need to see someone at reception first to get a parking ticket before going into Wilson Parking across the road. Only found out upon leaving and received a large parking fee.

Hotel was great, location couldn't have been better, it was fantastic, near everything possibly needed to enjoy the City of Sydney and more!! Bed was hard, not comfortable at all

It’s location was great and it was clean Thank god I didn’t bring my wife the bed tucked up against the wall she would of had to climb over the bed. The only place to sit was the bed and in the wardrobe. The price I paid and the room I got was not value for money and I won’t be returning or recommending.

Location good for public transport, no breakfast required, appreciated the 11am check out. Wasn't happy with your eftpos system.

It was small but beautifully designed and had everything we needed We were only 2 levels up from the street so heard quite a bit of street noise - bins being emptied, drunk people talking loudly etc .
