Great sized room with amazing views of the city and harbour Upgraded to the spa room but wasn’t able to have a bath due to low water pressure it would of taken an hour to fill to a point to enjoy it

It's a nice hotel . Great location. We didn't have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed on the door (literally) they upgraded us from the jewel suit to the penthouse and our experience was amazing. Whatever we needed was accommodated to us.

Lots of tech in this room, it was large, comfortable and well appointed. No mini bar, which is a good and bad thing. Great location and good to be just outside of the Casino. Friendly staff and this deal, was good value for money. Late checkout was fantastic! Having better privacy in the bathrooms (no door locks or door seals) but night lighting was great.

Location Staff made everything difficult they kept a cot in the room and I asked them on check in to remove as I did not request it. They made my life difficult checking in and my dad when picking up a key. The crown don’t even do what they did to us. Staff use no initiative or go above and beyond.
