Ideal location, quiet area, easy walk to Haymarket and Chinatown. Room was clean and staff friendly.

Honestly couldn't fault the stay. Yes it's an older hotel in a suburb but for what we needed the quality of the room, the stay , the beds, and the location close to everything we needed was perfect.
-
good location and nice room
-
Location Check in process scanned our photo IDs like dealing with criminals ? I frequently travel everywhere but it’s the first time a hotel took photos of our photo IDs!
-
The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had three single beds which suited us perfectly, plus there was also room for a sofa. The central location was very convenient. Would recommend. It was all fine!
-
The room was clean, and comfortable, but a bit cold. The location was very convenient, a 20 minutes walk from Central Station. We walked almost everywhere, even to Circular Quay. The room felt cold and damp sometimes. I didn't like the smell of the heating system. We had to wait quite a bit for our room, but we appreciate that they put us in a quiet area, like we asked.

The staff were efficent and friendly on check in. The overall hotel was immaculately clean and modern. My room was quiet and very comfortable. This hotel will be my destination when coming to Sydney!

Great location close to ICC, big comfy rooms Nil

The staff were friendly, easy to work with and quick. The rooms were spacious for the pricing and everything was pretty good. Beds were comfortable and the room had the A/C on and the room was nice and cool when I checked it. I managed to check in earlier than I expected nearly 2 hours early which was a big + Not too far from the CBD and you can catch the T1 light rail from central to powerhouse station and the walk isn't far at all. All in all I was pleased for the price I paid per night for what I had got. Found crumbs and small bits of left over food on the couch from the previous people staying apart from that everything else was pretty good.

Location. Good coffee shops and cafes close by
-
Location, cleanliness and presentation Next door guests very loud late at night, we could hear them so clearly as if they were in the same room

Great location! Full breakfast was delicous! Cost $25 per adult and $10 per kid. Had eggs, bacon, pancakes, hashbrowns, toast, coffee, juice, and regular continental stuff. Breakfast was tasty but pretty expensive. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The coffee machine was being used by staff and they broke it before customers could use it (I witnessed this myself).

Location and staff Tv did not work - foldout bed uncomfortable

Good location Excellent overall

Best breakfast..value for money Lunch or dinner menues

Good location and very friendly staff. The rooms are good size and the beds comfortable. The walls are extremely thin, you could hear and clearly understand conversations on the adjacent rooms, even when people were talking at normal volume. The doors are also pretty thin as the noise from the floor was high and while passing by, one could hear what was happening inside the rooms. Breakfast was not really good, but there are plenty of coffee shops within less than 5 minutes walk
