    Poor

Handy location close to where I needed to work. Staff were very kind and helpful. My room was a single bed room so cant really complaint, but the whole room was small. Almost bumped my head to TV a few times, and I am only 170cm tall.

Staff were lovely The rooms were old, rundown & scrappy & are SO SOOO much smaller than they appear in the photos. A small amount of old charm purely in the stick on stained glass windows & nothing else. Also got lost walking with luggage from the carparking that's 2 blocks away.

The location was awesome (just a short walk around the corner from UTS), the café and general décor were stylish, and the staff were very friendly and lovely. Although it’s in a great location, the building itself is quite old and pokey, and wear and tear is evident. The room and ensuite were a lot smaller than expected, with barely enough floor space to open up my suitcase comfortably (I had to shuffle some furniture around to do so). The ensuite was similarly quite cramped with no shelf or counter at the basin to put your products. The shower had some design fails in the floor and door which made the water leak out everywhere onto the main bathroom floor when you took a shower, and you couldn’t lay out the shower mat beforehand because the shower door opens only outwards for some reason and just pushes it away. The included continental breakfast was just ok and a little disappointing in how small the spread was. I’ll describe each part offered: Fruit: melted-from-frozen mixed berries, some whole apples, whole and cut oranges, canned peaches, canned diced pears & peaches, sliced watermelon, & cubed rockmelon. Cereal: toasted muesli (has honey in it), cornflakes, Coco Puffs, Weetbix, overnight oats in dairy milk (can be requested the night before to be made with water). Baked goods: pre-sliced white sourdough, brown, white, and fruit bread, non-vegan croissants, pain au chocolat, banana bread, and muffins. Sliced processed meats, cheese, and dairy yoghurt present among everything, not in a separate section. Spreads include marmalade, berry jam, Nutella, non-natural peanut butter, plastic packs of Lurpak butter (no plant margarine present), plastic packs of Vegemite, and honey. Various tea bags available but the coffee is the awful Nestle instant stick stuff. There’s no brewed coffee to just pour. If you want a decent coffee you’ll have to pay extra for the barista to make you one Soy, oat, and almond milk are available but you have to bother the barista to get you some for cereal and drinks.
