It was central to capitol theatre and CBD. Poor condition, not clean and TV had limited channels.

Lovely location right on Hyde Park. Large comfortable room Facilities around the sauna area are a bit run down.

Great location Being told we were lucky to have a city view (see picture) They no longer have the snack/ sweet bar which was a nice little touch. Someone hoovering at 6am

Location is great, as is the view across Hyde Park. Rooms are a good size, especially since we are a family of 4. Rec facilities were nice to come back to at the end of the day - gym, spa, pool and sauna. Housekeeping schedule was a bit off - we'd go out all morning and not return until about 4pm and all 3 of our rooms hadn't been done. We had to call to ask someone come to clean our rooms and then we were in the room whilst housekeeping was there which was inconvenient for him and us. He then short-sheeted our bed - Im unsure if this was intentional. Luckily the housekeeper the following day sorted it out without prompting. There are no DND or make-up my room options. The room doors and therefore hallways are looking a bit tired and need freshening up.

Location, staff were lovely and very helpful and I got an hour late checkout Fairly run down and needs some love. Bedding unclean and the overall standard of cleaning requires improvements
