Arrived day late due to airline cancellation. Treated in caring way. Went out of their way to be helpful. Personal service/engagement and tasty breakfasts.

Location is perfect, close to everything in a beautiful neighborhood but also very quiet. Room (top floor, room 10) is beautiful with a view to the city. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It is four flights of stairs to the top floor (Room 10) which I didn't mind but if you have access needs, or a heavy suitcase, you will need to request a room on the ground floor. It was also quite cold, I think the aircon wasn't working. This didn't bother me and probably could be fixed if I had asked (which I didn't feel the need to).

The property is in a fantastic location with many restaurants nearby and great shopping too. The room was a good size and nicely designed with fine linens and towels. The staff was very helpful and always pleasant aiming to make guests comfortable and happy. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the evening cookie tray a plus! Fabulous property. There was nothing we didn't like!!

This hotel is a great find. The location is fantastic, the staff incredibly friendly, personable and helpful, the breakfast absolutely delicious. If you can, get a room with the veranda.

Climbing the stairs! The staff helped with the luggage at checkin. However, at checkout, we left very early in the morning when staff were not available. It was a struggle to have to take the stairs with and without luggage. A lift/elevator would be an excellent addition!
