Shower wasn't working and USB outlets weren't working and I never received my deposit back.

Excellent location Overall the place isnt clean, everything in the kitchen is sticky, there are cockroaches running around and the pantry is super disorganised with boxes of food from weeks or months ago. There are also only 4 showers for up to 80 people, two of them were constantly out of order. The balcony at the top floor is literally a dumpster covered with old trash.

The bed was comfortable and the staff very nice and willing to help The luggage storage could be more organized and safe and the check in should be more simple it takes too much time to process. You have to check in at the hostel page first with a lot of information and then again in the goki app then wait a lot to get your code and its very slow.

Nothing Staff at reception were unhelpful and made remarks about my age which made me feel unwelcome. Will not be going back and would warn others to stay clear.
