* Very good location: roughly a 15-minute walk to Circular Quay. There’s also a chance you’ll be able to partially see the Opera House from your room. * The room is large, clean, and modern. * The breakfast is a bit poor. You’ll probably end up having scrambled eggs, bacon, and beans every day, as there isn’t much variety.

Absolutely nothing. Any potential positives were completely ruined by a severe privacy breach and unacceptable management handling. Unacceptable breach of guest privacy and safety. Staff unlocked and opened our room door within seconds of knocking to deliver paperwork, where they have no authority completely overriding our privacy. To make matters worse, there is no CCTV coverage on the guest floors. Local management was evasive, dismissive, and completely failed to take accountability or handle the issue professionally. We felt unsafe and deeply uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. Avoid.

That it was close to where we needed to go. The food was amazing. I requested and extra bed and it was approved as there were 3 of us and did not get the extra bed we push the two small chairs together to make an extra bed.

The shower - although there was plenty of water coming out of the nozzle it came out like water out of a tap & not in usual shower spray form

Good-sized room. Location. The reception area was not clean when we arrived (approx. 2:30 pm Thursday) - there were small bits of paper (wrappers?) on the floor and at least one table had not been cleaned (dirty glasses, rubbish etc). Our bed was moderately comfortable but the room was incredibly NOISY from the air-conditioning system. For this reason alone, I would not stay there again.

Room size and spectacular view from room 2012. Limited facilities. I was expecting at least a bar/ restaurant open maybe 10am to midnight.

The view.The bed was comfortable. We asked for blankets not a doona but they had made up the bed with a doona. Validating the parking ticket each time we took our car out was time consuming and could be made much easier. The breakfast buffet was of a poor standard. Changing of towels was haphazard.

The room and view were good. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom fine, the towels and linen nice. The general atmosphere was cold and the decor lacked style and warmth in the lobby, the dining room. Grey and boring, with flashing cheap meal deals being advertised in lobby and lifts. Off-putting. This isn't a hotel I enjoyed and would like to stay in again. It felt like a budget, tour-group-in, tour- group-out type of hotel, with stacks of suitcases sitting in the lobby.
