The location was quite central. Not too far away from things to do. All the mould in the bathroom. You can't even watch TV which is just ridiculous! I especially hated the very loud air-conditioning! All I could hear all night was loud humming and the sound of water bubbling. Urghh I am so disappointed! I didn't get to sleep at all!!! The price was really overly expensive for what you got and it certainly didn't reflect it's quality. The free breakfast was really average. Would be nice if the pod machine included instructions on how to use somewhere. Both me and another couldn't work out how to use it. And also I would expect hot water from the shower instead of Luke warm water. How disgraceful!

The price, location to downtown. Could have had a bit of a paint job in room. Otherwise clean.

Location is perfect for a work trip to Sydney, the Strand hotel has a quiet library area with a desk to work on some emails, and the pub downstairs had amazing honey chicken bowl!

The deluxe rooms are great. very quite and cosy, Library area is great also

The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get to all the sights and great options for food. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the refillable water jug was a nice touch.

The ambiance of the whole place was great, I arrived very early not expecting to check in until later on. There was a room available for me as soon as I arrived and the staff was very helpful. I just wish the breakfast had a little bit of a variety, while I did enjoy it I would have also appreciated some eggs and/or meat options. Other than that it tasted great regardless.

We liked the location, the staff, the ambience of the hotel. It was nice to have a continental buffet breakfast. All in all it was a great stay. We liked everything, there was nothing to dislike

I loved the location, the hotel is so cute, VERY clean, surprisingly quiet, the room was very stylish and even had robes! And it has a great little roof top bar.
