Nothing BE CAREFUL. This hotel deliberately hides the fact that their so-called "Deluxe King Room" has completely sealed windows that cannot be opened. On their website they show photos of a deceptive normal-looking window, but the fact is the windows are sealed. There is no natural ventilation, the air conditioning does not bring in fresh air, and the bathroom has no exhaust fan either. The room was so suffocating that I could not sleep at all — I had to keep the door open just to get some air. The staff are unprofessional and unhelpful. When I tried to speak to the licensee about the issue, they lied and said he wasn't there, refused to give me his office number, and did everything they could to keep me from seeing him. Their reception is located inside a bar — chaotic, noisy, and not what you'd expect from a hotel. After I waited a long time, he finally came out — and still did nothing to solve the issue. No accountability whatsoever. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! If you are a light sleeper, care about air quality, or simply expect a window that opens, this hotel is definitely not for you. I found the room uninhabitable and checked out after just one night, but the hotel refused to refund my unused nights. Very disappointing handling. Please think twice before booking.

staff were average on arrival. then before 10am check out our cards stopped working and we had to go back to the bar to get them reactivated

I like the location. It is very walkable to the eateries in Hurtsville, Westfield, bus stops and train station to get around. The Chinese restaurant located in the hotel has great food at reasonable prices. There was no dining area in the room as mentioned in the room's description. In fact, not even a chair was provided in the room. There was a small cupboard with no hangers in it. The only source of lighting in the main area of the room, is the ceiling light. Hence, at bedtime, I had to use the torch light on my mobile phone to get into the bed once the light is off. It would be nice if the hotel can also provide a small bin in the toilet/bathroom, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There was zero soundproofing between the rooms, as I could hear the guests next door and one of them was coughing uncontrollably during the wee hours of the night.

I recently booked a room through Booking.com. During my stay, I was required to evacuate the building, and an alarm continued sounding throughout the night. Due to these significant disruptions, the hotel agreed to provide a 50% refund. However, Booking.com has refused to pass on the refund, despite the hotel confirming that it was approved. Communicating with an overseas support centre has been extremely difficult, and I am disappointed with the handling of this issue. Based on this experience, I am considering using alternative platforms such as Trivago for future bookings.

Location is close to railway station, parking close by. Check-in is usually easy & pleasant. Quiet rooms & lift is good. Restaurant food downstairs is OK for quick inexpensive meal. The rooms are not cleaned with any detail, the bathroom shower screen leaks water over floor. The bedding is clean and bed comfortable. BUT, the filthy walls and skirtings, light fittings etc. need a good clean.

Bistro was excellent. The location was close to our appointments. Security was good. There was no handle for support in the shower. There was no remote for the TV. This was rectified. There was no hairdryer. The toilet seat was very loose. There was no toaster. A second bedside cabinet would have been helpful. Parking was a major problem No safe drop off site for reception. Not good access for people with mobility issues.
