Easy check in I was in room 2, the couple that was in room was trying to open the connecting door and I was scared couldn’t sleep properly.

Food was great, convenient location and nice staff. Beds were uncomfortable and hard, we ended up leaving a night early after having back issues, advertised as large double bed, lucky enough to even be a double bed. Bathroom roof was covered in mould and roaches running around the shower. Can hear absolutely everything coming from the hallways. Fridge didnt work well. Check in was a bit sketchy having to check in at the bar in the pub. Advised I required carparking as offered as secured carparking however the carpark is out in the open pub parking which is also not secure.

nothing the staff where horrible they were rude the told me when I rang them I could pay cash i got there they denied saying that they were rude disrespectful and couldn't care less about helping people like myself ill never step foot in there again
