Great location, friendly staff. Helpful to have a side entrance to room for walking dogs. Conveniently right next to highway. We would stay there again!

Upon entry the lobby is smell but well kept, this is also the area where breakfast will be served. Breakfast was a simple affair but varied enough that the entire family should find something to eat. You can expect won offerings of eggs, breakfast potatoes and pork sausage. There were a variety of breads ( bagels, muffins, toast), yogurt, there was also a

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. My sister and I had the displeasure of staying at the property this past weekend. We arrived around 5:10pm on Saturday planning to get ready for a concert that started at 7pm. When we arrived, there was a lobby full of people waiting for a room. We checked in and were asked to wait 5-10 minutes while they finished getting rooms ready. The staff kept saying it was "because of the concert," but didn't really offer an explanation as to why so many people's rooms weren't ready when check-in was at 3pm. It was obvious they were completely unprepared for everyone who had booked rooms. After waiting five minutes (because we had no choice), we were given a room key. We went to the room assigned, surprised to find other people's belongings already in the room. Went back to the front desk and advised them that we were given a room that already had people in it. At that point, we were way past irritated because, again, we had an event to get to. I tried to talk to the manager who only offered an "I'm sorry," before getting on her phone and walking away, which exacerbated the irritation. There was no attempt to make it right, offer credit, some form of resolution, anything. Around 5:45pm, 30 minutes after we arrived, we were given a room that (luckily) didn't already have others in it. While in the shower I noticed the previous guest's soap still in there with hair in it. The toilet was clogged. Paid almost $300 for the night.

Nice place but very slow service.
-
The entire trip was perfect, the entire property was in excellent condition.
-
Only stayed one night. The room was clean, quiet, and the staff was polite and helpful.
-
Elevator slow. No body wash in showers just little bar of soap

Nice clean hotel, decent breakfast!! Everything was smooth

Nice quiet hotel for a two night stay to attend a concert. I was a bit concerned about an issue with the television not working due to an “carrier outage” but service was restored the same evening, which added to a more pleasant stay. Per friendly.

I got there an hour after check in, room was not ready. Multiple rooms were not ready for check in. So we waited almost a half an hour for our room to be ready so an hour and half after check in…and of course they want to make sure you check out on time.. And then when my friend and I finally got in our room, I heard a knock on the door I said who is it? And they didn’t respond and a house keeper or someone had tried to come in our room. So that was unsettling. The walls are very thin, you can hear noises from below you and down the hall. Only good thing about this hotel was the bed, the bed was quite comfortable after a great concert and the A/C worked great.

Everything was great

Good staff

Room bed bath great. Floor left bare feet dirty. Room comfortable. Tv too hard to use. No instructions. Staff very helpful.
-
It was very much “could be better could be worse” facilities were old there was a busted out window in the stairwell, ceiling panels gross. The room was better than the public spaces. Breakfast okay. Didn’t feel too sanitary and layout was odd, like everyone in the way of each other. Please please upgrade the coffee that’s the most important and it was an old machine with bad coffee. I didn’t expect the first floor to have outside entrances to the rooms so if you’re worried about that like I was, maybe make sure you’re not on first floor

Breakfast had a good selection of items ; ; and excellent whole wheat bread !! (often ovelooked at breakfast bars). Thoughtful presentation. Was only there for one night, but would stay there again if passing thru.
-
Very tired and run down. We were also given a different room than we booked.
-
Great stay friendly and Breakfast in the morning

The area around the ice machine and the ice machine were filthy, we didn’t even want to use the ice. The carpet in the hall was stained. The floors in our room were so dirty that the water turned black when we showered. We would use a towel to scoot so our feet would not be dirty after showering. The bed was worn out and the pillows were lumpy. On the third floor some of the windows were partially boarded up and birds were nesting in them.
-
The tub was stained with dirt and soot, water SLOWLY drained.
-
Everything was good just feel like need a bigger and up to day television
