Roomy, clean, open, and best of all... AMAZING AIR CONDITIONING with units in each room The stairs are indeed a lot with a fair amount of baggage and the elevator is coffin sized

The location of the property was exceptional and many of the sights and sounds were a short walk away. The hosts were top notch with communication and answered our questions in a timely manner. Their property guide and recommended walking tours to enjoy the city were a highlight of our stay. There are areas of Florence we would not have ventured to see if not given a nice step by step walking tour. All the amenities in the apartment are there and that we really considered this our home away from home! Check in and check out were flawless especially after learning how the key fob works on the front door handle. :-) We hope to be able to visit Florence again and stay at this property! The beds could have been just a little more comfortable.

The property was beautiful, if you enjoy architecture and want to feel like a local this is perfect! The location was spot on, couldn’t have asked for better location. Stones throw from the bridge and gallery. Heating was perfectly timed and regulated. Bathroom was lovely and spacious. Was very much arrive and feel at home no need to do anything. Perfect! The staff are extremely helpful with contact via whatsapp! The stairs up to the second floor was a hard task for my mother 67 years old but that is expected and easily over come ?

Superb

Location was amazing, right in the centre of town so not far to walk to main shops and attractions. However, there was a lot of noise from the streets below, so you got woken up early in the morning or kept awake late at night.

Bathroom update needed

The apartment is very well situated in the city center. The host was very responsive, we received the codes and were able to check in ourselves. The place was well equipped. There was a lot of noise - we had a lot of trouble sleeping. We also found that some of the equipment (especially for cooking) was not in great condition, we found cooking in the apartment not very easy. We also got *a lot* of bug bites - we are not sure if this is related to the apartment but this happened during the night while sleeping.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much. Great location. Laura was very helpful with the check-in / check-out and parking arrangements, quick and kind to respond to any question we had. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay. Thank you so much?

It says air conditioning, but there was not air conditioning in the bedroom where my kids would have slept and it was incredibly hot and stuffy. Says there is a futon and a sofa bed, but the only real seating in the living room was a barley bigger than twin futon. We were a family of 4 so the seating there was inadequate and there was no separate sofa bed to be found. There was a window seat that my daughter sat on and immediately started getting a rash and congestion. She does have very mild allergies, but this place made her miserable almost immediately and a much bigger allergy reaction than she has ever had. When we walked in, the unit smelled funky and the exhaust fan above the stove was running. We also booked before the name change and the pictures linked in my booking were a total of 45 pictures, with this unit only being the last 2-3 pictures. Perhaps I overlooked something, but when I double checked before the cancellation, I felt like I should have been getting the unit with the majority of pictures in my booking link. This unit has been renamed and the booking changed after I originally booked. We left almost immediately and booked a hotel instead. The host communicated with me via whatsapp, she was pleasant and said they 'never' had these issues. Some of these issues are mentioned in other reviews across various booking sites.

Great apartment in a great location. Really stylish, well appointed comfortable quiet apartment in a great part of town - only 15 minutes walk from all attractions. Really enjoyed being there. Would go back. The website could have been more upfront about the need to carry bags up 30 or 40 stairs to the lift to get up to the apartment. Not a problem for us as we were able for the task but it could prove difficult for less mobile or older guests.

Everything was perfect! Couldn't ask for a better location, the apartment is BEAUTIFUL and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful with questions about the area. While there is an elevator, just be aware if you're traveling with a guest with limited mobility, there is a flight of stairs you have to climb before you get to the elevator. Totally understandable, it's an old building in an old city, but just something to keep in mind if that's a concern.

This was a great location, the apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The hosts were very responsive. The stairs were a bit challenging with suitcases. It was a little noisy in the morning with sounds for the street.

The apartment was beautifully finished, comfortable, and the location was excellent. We were made to feel very welcome and it really felt like a home away from home while we were there. Quite a few stairs to go up so maybe not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Also it's very centrally located so you get all the noise of the city. But not a problem for us.
