Hotel Davanzati was everything! We were greeted with smiles from the most amazing staff. Great location, comfortable beds, and a cozy stay. We were amazed at how friendly all the staff were. Coffee/light breakfast in the morning, and aperitivo in the evening all included in the price of the stay. Simply wonderful!! I would stay here again if I return to Florence.

Although we are accustomed to small hotel rooms in Europe, this would have felt rather cramped if we were staying longer than two nights.

Centrally located, the staff is wonderful and the rooms are pretty and inviting. Nothing, it was perfect.

Excellent location. Charming small hotel with beautiful decor. The best part of our stay was the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and enjoy Florence.

Loved how the staff pays attention to small details. They are always willing to accommodate their customers. Historical building with lovely decor. Great breakfast and a lovely aperitif hour every evening. There is a long stairway to get to reception however you ring the bell and one of the staff comes down and takes your luggage up. We didn't find it a problem. However, it could be difficult for those with walking or medical challenges. Nothing

This hotel is in the center of the activity; just minutes away from the Duomo, shops, restaurants and activity!

Great hotel with lovely staff in fantastic location.

This is a very nice hotel. Great breakfast, included with the room. The room was clean and the most comfortable bed we had on our recent Italy trip. Location is right in the heart of all the major sites. I didn't mind, but you do have to walk up a long flight of stairs to get to the front desk.

Leonardo at the front desk was fantastic! Helped with luggage, maps, places to eat, fun happy hour and complete and early breakfast. Perfecft location in Florence to all the best sights - easy walking

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The facilities were clean and the breakfast servers were very accommodating. The location of this hotel was also convenient and we were able to walk everywhere in Florence.

A nice breakfast included, staff was incredibly kind and helpful. In a day where I had multiple travel changes, the staff made sure I felt comfortable and cared for! N/A

The front desk was amazing. They help us and treat us great. The location was dead center to everything. We had a car and so we paid for the parking and it was not bad. Overall I will be staying there again.

Very convenient location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

We were greeted warmly every time we entered and every morning. The rooms were comfortable, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. It was a well located place. Very nice. Not much to dislike. There was an elevator but not until after stairs but the staff did ask they could to help with that. They carried luggage.

Air conditioner initially was problematic but staff got it repaired.

Service was fantastic. The facilities are great. Loved the breakfast. Location can’t be beat!
