The staff at the property was so wonderful and accommodating!
-
great courtyard with wonderful staff in vibrant syracuse downtown neighborhood. Close to university, airport and all. Sadly, does not offer housekeeping on a daily basis
-
Also, they set the temperature at 77 degrees in the fitness center. That is much too warm for working out. No other fitness center in America sets temperatures above 72

If it wasn’t 3 blocks from our kid’s apartment, we wouldn’t stay here.

Nice Hotel.
-
Very nice and close to concert venue and highway ! The bars around got pretty loud in the middle of the night due to party ppl but it wasn’t terrible

Everything was ok but the AC. I asked the front desk personal to help me reset the AC because it was set too high and the room was too warm. The lady told me they can't change the AC settings and moved me to a different room, but the 2nd room had the same issue. We ended up sleeping in a warm room.

We liked the location as far as proximity to things. The room was nice and the staff were very friendly. One of the reasons we booked here was that there was supposed to be a restaurant in the hotel but apparently it wasn’t available because of staffing. That should have been made clear before we booked. We had to pay extra for parking even though the hotel is pricey enough. And then there are signs everywhere stating they’re not responsible for damage or theft which is ridiculous considering we were charged for parking on top of the slightly over the top rate for a Sunday night with nothing going on. Another reason we booked here was the pool, which was less than satisfactory. The water itself looks clean but then the walls of the pool are caked with a layer of scum. It needs to be drained and scrubbed good. It was pretty disgusting.

Uncomfortable beds. Pillows half filled. Shower head hanging off wall.

Everything was great from the check-in with Nikkita to the convenient location to food. The room was clean and bedding was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Very relaxing. Black out curtains worked well to allow us to sleep in.

Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.
