Spacious room, nice staff, convenient location. Standard breakfast fare with omelet to order. Some of the chairs in restaurant need updating, but overall very good

Great hotel.

Came here with my daughter. I felt safe and the hotel was exceptionally clean! Even the pool area felt cleaned. Every part of the room was well maintained, except for the rippling carpet, but not a big deal.

Roooms were clean and well maintained, staff was nice complementary breakfast was good. The guy making the omelettes was such a character he made the experience fun! We got 2 free drinks at the bar great touch.

Awesome place!

Breakfast was good, but my check in was inconvenient. The front doors are locked at 11pm. So anyone trying to check in after that time has to knock to get the attention of the front desk person. When I got the attention of the desk, she points to the card reader to open the door. I don’t have a card because I haven’t check it. Need a better system.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The reception bartender and the omelette chef were absolutely incredible. Love the free cocktail reception!

Clean room, great staff!

Was told that my room would be refunded, and the other hotel they sending me to will be covered free of charge. I got to the new hotel they sent me to and that hotel didn’t have any idea of what was going on and no longer had any rooms available either. So I had to go back to original place and see. This left the front desk at a loss of what to do and he couldn’t find anywhere for me to go. Ended up having to call around to find a room for walk in. They gave me paper saying they weee going to pay for the room. However when I got to the third location they were t going to do a “I.o.u” I ended up having to pay for the second room again all by myself. WORST part is I have been in contact to get my refund for the second hotel and compensation for the stress and hassle of no room at 2:30 am. And the hotel has NOT gotten back after a few emails and phone calls

I had no light switch in the room had no idea how to turn the lights on and then when I figured out there is no main switch only two small lights worked. The big light in the middle did not work. The phone on that same power source was not working either. The room was very warm when I got there and it took a few hours to cool down and was not the most comfortable. In all honesty I also did not report any of this until I checked out.

The charge for parking was not clear from the summary on Expedia. Need to know that there is a $15 charge, which seems unwarranted given all the empty land surrounding the property.

What surprised to see an awesome complementary breakfast with a omelette bar !! Will be coming back again.

The breakfast did not have many healthy options… no plain yoghurt only sweetened and full of coloring, no brown bread only white.. for a diabetic no options. Everything else was fabulous
