Great location ans breakfast

Room dirty. Hard candy stuck in carpet next to bed, under air vent also stains on floor. Ac unit was previously leaking never amended. Ac unit function poor at best which upon 10 pm check in what choice did I have in the local area. The girl at the front desk even advised us not to take the room assigned to us on the fifth floor because of lack of air.

The lobby of this hotel and the free breakfast were very good. However, the cleanliness and age of the room and furnishings is very poor. Our first room had spots on the carpet including a used bandage left on the floor. We asked to be moved to a different room. This new room had hair left on the walls of the shower, stained carpets, stains on the sofa, and a ripped mattress on the sofa bed. For the exorbitant amount of money charged for this room, we are very disappointed and do not plan on ever returning.

Very nice staff, common areas are very clean, modern, and what would be expected at this level of hotel. Our room was not ok at the price point. The carpet was worn, stained, and not flush with the flooring. The couch had stains on the sofa cushions. The towel hooks were partly pulled out of the wall. Additionally, the mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were very firm and small. Gym was decent, pool area decent too. Good, lively bar. The restaurant was decent with very friendly staff.

Hotel is wonderful - have stayed multiple times & would stay again! Rooms are clean & beds are comfortable. Hotel bar staff was great!

Majority of the staff was kind and helpful, nice location, pretty view of the city. Minor broken things in the room. The omelet guy was rude and did not properly cook the food thoroughly, other guest and I was complaining to each other about it. The omelet guy got loud with my in front of other guess because I didn't speak fast enough for him. My omelet was not cooked all the way and it pooled raw egg on the perimeter of my plate. I had him cook it longer for me and it still was not done, that's how much he under cooked the egg to begin with. Another staff was nice enough to cook it on the pan longer in the back, 3rd times the charm, and also the bacon looked raw. To pay over $500 for 1 night and have that kind of experience was sad. I would stay again, but I would try to see if there's a different cook there first. My family and I ended up going out just to eat breakfast. Other than the omelet guy, everyone else was amazing.

Excellent stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee, breakfast and evening drinks. What stood out most was the service. Joel was amazing — extremely friendly, courteous and professional, and he made us feel genuinely welcome. Great hospitality from start to finish and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was extremely spacious and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. My only disappointment was the Destiny USA mall which has nothing to do with the hotel.

Exceptional

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is up to date, modern, and beautiful. Fun fact: I packed my own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and never actually used it during my stay because they have bottles provided to you. I’m not talking the small one shower usage bottles. They had full sized bottles of incredible smelling things. Crabtree and Evelyn that I promptly purchased on my flight home. The bed was crisp and fluffy at the same time (as were the pillows) and everything was just so clean. I was not expecting a microwave, safe, mini fridge, 2 sinks, a couch, a full closet, and a desk in one room; paired with room for activities. Absolutely worth the money and I am going to be so excited to book here again while visiting Syracuse. Elevators were room key operated which added another layer of safety for a solo female traveler in a big city. It was quiet, I rarely heard any footsteps or people talking as they walked down the hall. OH ALSO- the TV was on a mount so you can turn it to have a good view on the screen for a late night Netflix binge. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Was great for the family, golf simulator, pool, across from the mall. Breakfast was great too!

Carpet in rooms needs replaced - ripped up on edges and bubbled up. A wine glass half full of wine was in elevator from 4a.m. to 10:00a.m. Found a cherry stem on our room bathroom floor upon checkin. So, wasn't upkept well. The incidental fee at checkin is $250 so be prepared for that. Was convenient to be close to mall and parking was ample... but that's $16 a night. Can hear neighboring room flush toilet so there's that. Free breakfast was pretty good.
