The breakfast had great choices! all of the breakfast ideas you can think of! the location was the best, close to the hiking paths. i just didn't like that there is no pedestrian path going to the main road where the parks are at.

Amazing staff, they don't speak a lot of English but they make an effort to understand and help you, they are always nice and smiley even if you ask a lot of questions they care and respond to each one of them. The hotel is beautiful, I recommend it for a rural scape and relax weekend. The food was OK, I liked the touch of having ice cream for dinner. The only thing would be to give an extra towel for the sauna, but this does not remove points from them, anything you wouldn't like they compensate it with the amazing staff. Really, I've never seen this in Hungary. Thanks team!

The separate apartman was great. The staff at the reception was nice. The apartman was outside of the hotel main building so we had to walk outside in the cold weather on a slippery road to have dinner or breakfast or if we wanted to use the wellness facility. There was not even a coffee or tea maker in the kitchen. The food was not high quality and the selection was poor. They ran out before dinner time or breakfast time ended. The wellness was ok. The changing room area is too small.

The staff was nice and helpful, the apartment was clean and cozy. The food was cold, and tasteless. Due to the 4 star hotel i expected much more better food.

We booked this hotel as part of our road trip in Hungary and were very happy with our choice. The communication with the hotel was great and smooth. I asked them to prepare a bottle of wine as a birthday gift and they did great with that including adding a note. Both breakfast and dinner were great, the wellness area was also great and there were many other activities at the hotel which made our stay more fun. The room was spacious and the location was also nice, very close to the natural park. Overall it was a great stay. The rooms at the second floor get extremely hot which made the stay in them not that comfortable but ofcourse opening a window was the best solution. I think the hotel can improve their air conditioning system though. Also, the internet was often very weak in the room. Still this didn't impact our stay at all, that's why I gave it the best rating.

Jaccuzi and Saunas. Staff friendly. Breakfast and Dinner was good. Quiet location to rest and take walks. No English on signages. TV no English channels. No kettle to make tea.
