The area is crowded on Saturdays, it's hard to find a sun lounger, and the pool is overcrowded. The shower temperature control in my room didn't work well; the water was either hot or cold. The food in the restaurant could be better.

Breakfast was fab, good cocktails, great views, on the mountains, modern clean hotel. Location - far from the town Road was awful Jacuzzi was too cold and pools were too busy. They should implement time slots. The day we stayed they only had 4 options available for dinner as everything was sold out which was frustarting as the reception was nagging us to eat with them and once we decided to do so there was no choice! Check in is late at 4pm

The hotel has lovely views on the mountains, great swimming pool inside and outside (cold after sauna), and best of all was breakfast so much to choose from and very delicious you could even go half board.I am sure we will be back. Hotel is new, drive to hotel is bit building side as they are building hotels around but we didn’t hear any noise.

The hotel is absolutely new, clean and modern, the food is very delicious) There was only 1 set of towels and bathrobes for 2 people. It took some time, along with 3x calls to reception, for the staff to confirm that the reservation was indeed made for 2 people. Also, I was unable to book a spa for two people at the same time. I received confirmation three days before check-in, but on the day of arrival, I was informed that the booking couldn’t be honored—only one person at a time was allowed!

Breakfast was really good I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was met with an unacceptably long check-in queue-I had to wait over an hour just to get my room key. After a long journey, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. When I finally got to my room, I was surprised to find that there was no bathrobe provided. I assumed this was just an oversight, so I called the reception to request one. To my disbelief, the receptionist flat-out refused to provide one, with no reasonable explanation. For a hotel that markets itself as a premium stay, this level of service is unacceptable. Spa area is overcrowded at evenings. There is no chance to relax because there is a small pool without definite separation to kids and adults zones. Overall, the poor service and lack of attention to guest comfort made this a disappointing stay.

Very good breakfast - big choice of variety of food. The room was clean, hotel has a nice modern design. Uhm, where to even begin. First thing that we noticed was our way to the hotel - it was TERRIBLE. The road is just full of holes and bumps and even with new modern car it is so hard to drive on safely! I cant understand how this hotel works for an year and a havent fixed it. All the 3 routes to the hotel are just one big muddy mess that reminds a war zone or something, I never seen this kind of roads to the hotels. Then the room - the bed and and pillows were very uncomfortable - it felt very cheap - again looks nice from first look but when you try, it is bad - as this hotel in many ways. The bed was small for 2 people and too soft, also we had to open our window every night as it was very hot in the room even when we put the temperature on the lowest as possible. Also, there were no bathrobes - at first the 2 people from different receptions (one in the main area, second in the welness) told me they dont have any bathrobes, after third attempt to ask why cant we have a bathrobe when all the people in the welness have it, they told us its the POLICY to not give bathrobes to the cheapest rooms. I mean, we still paid a lot of money for the stay (460 euro for 3 nights, 4 days - with breakfastand welness for 2 people), and we couldnt just have or lend any kind of robe :D that was a pure joke at this point.. I have never seen this kind of ridiculous rule!!! Also the welness is too packed and overcrowded as its very small, there are lot of children running and splashing too. One of the two saunas werent working, water was feeling full of chlorine - our eyes burnt. It wasnt good. Also the dining area - in the morning - its almost impossible to find a seating during breakfast as the hotel is the fullest to its capacity. So thats also a struggle. For me this hotel feels like Potemkin Village - looks nice at first glimpse, but when you experience it, it is not good. I went few years ago to Sklarzska Poreba to Czarny Kamien resort and spa and It was and much better.

The resort is modern, massage was very good, breakfast was ok Not enough staff in the reception, bar, restaurant and for room’s cleaning. Our room was ready to check in at 6:30pm and it wasn’t cleaned during our 3 nights stay. We have got a room in the building A and we were there with 2 year old child - you can not go in the bathrobes from the swimming pool to your room because you need to go through the cold garage. The smell in our room was strange and we found marihuana in the closet. It is dangerous for a child… In the restaurant there is chaos in the evening. We went there with a group of 4 people and we didn’t get our food at the same time, we waited more than 20 minutes for a waiter to order our drinks etc. This hotel has a lot of potential, much room for improvement and bad management.

Modern rooms, breakfast was ok Bad architecture, bad service in the restaurant (Order forgotten, long waiting time, everyone gets the food separately), no sauna culture (people without towels), no bathrobes in the rooms.

Brand new hotel located away from the center on a hill with a beautiful view to mountains. Hotel offers buffet breakfast and dinner + items served from a menu. Buffet was delicious! Spa and pool area + beautiful outdoor infinite pool, which is open even in cold weather so perfect after sauna :) Very nice and professional staff - Katarzina at the reception was always friendly and gave us great tips for hiking routes around! Hotel bar also has delicious drinks, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable, warm and clean!

Amazing views, perfectly clean, nice staff, great and rich breakfast with many options (and good coffee), very cozy room and comfy bed. Highly recommend, we enjoyed our stay very much. Access road is really bad, should be built to allow decent access by car. People walking throught the restaurant to get to the pool/spa, their rooms etc.
