+ Location; + Parking (free and huge); + Lots of green around; + Bar. - Room was very uncomfortable, you need to be very carefull to not bang your head into (concrete and hard) roof supports stuffed all over the room; - I had an option to choose large bed in my room on Booking page, but in real world only two (narrow) singles were provided; - Soundproffing could be better; - Bar was nice but no draft beer, only from bootle (and little pricy); - Water pressure under shover was barely acceptable; - Only one power outlet (in an extension cord used also by some other amenities) in double room is definitely not enought; - Restaruant, where the breakfast was provided (no scrambled eggs, not many options!), was a little too small for all the people that came down and some had to wait for free table.

- Wifi is virtual non existent: so slow (room 311) that opening a simple mail is time consuming. Anything more 'heavy duty' was out of the question.

We enjoyed SPA. Breakfast was good and various. Beautiful view from the windows and cozy atmosphere.
