DInner in restaurant was tasty, but staff is not very attentive We travel with our dog so we always looking for pet-friendly hotel and always ask/remind hotel that we really want to come with little dog; Raddison answer that it is possible for fee - no prob for us; During check-in we got information that dog is not allow to go to the restaurant, but we can stay with her in lobby bar, where is serve same menu; during dinner staff told us that it is not possible to sit in lobby bar with dog... there are only two couches with lounge chairs and low tables... we didn´t agree to sit on the couch eating dinner/breakfast because it is not comfortable at these tables... Staff had absolutely no interest in resolving the situation.... so after absurd exchange of opinions, we left the hotel early and went to a truly dog ​​friendly hotel... If we got information about restrictions in restaurant during booking/before arrival we will never choose these hotel... In many hotels they have "similar" restriction/rule about restaurant/bufet but they have always solution for dog owners - separate area, dedicated tables etc...

The hotel looks nice, the facilities are lovely, BUT.. The rooms are very cold. The walls paper thin (you can hear everything in the corridor and other rooms - lots of noisy families with kids). The maid did not even bother to restock the toilet paper. The personnel is not behaving as per the hotel class - especially in the restaurant, they manage to be as non-present and elusive as possible. The pool and spa are far too small for the hotel size (very crowded pretty much all day). I was unpleasantly surprised by all the deficiencies. It's just not what you expect in a Radisson hotel.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Spa was ok, but below the standard of Austrian hotels, crowded. As a mountain hotel it would deserve better. We have paid a bit extra for the mountain view, and were put to ground floor looking at the parking. When inquiring at the reception, we were told this side is considered mountain view even if you don't have it. Not even a free coffee as a compensation. :(

You don't get the room that is advertised, irrelevant if you pay extra for it, which kinda ruins the rest of the experience when you have to look at a parking lot even though you paid for mountain view. Otherwise the hotel is reasonable. The spa facilities are really nice, gym is ok but very small given the hotel has 240 people. Breakfast is quite ok too. We have payed for a mountain view room, which was significantly more expensive than other rooms and got a room that was on the ground floor right next to a parking lot, so people were constantly working right next to our balcony (which sat on the ground) and could walk up right into the room if we just left the door open. Obviously there was no mountain view. We also got a welcome letter that had someone else's name on it, so I thought it must have been a mixup, but when bringing it up to the reception staff, they said sorry for the letter but can't change your room and were very rude and not understanding.

We paid extra for a mountain view room, but got a ground level room with parking lot view and people constantly coming up to our room window (from cars, walking dogs etc.), so hard to still enjoy the hotel, but the food was ok, gym was reasonably though small for the size of the hotel. The spa is the best feature with an outside jacuzzi. I'd say there are other hotels for half this price that have the same facilities and can actually give you rooms with a decent view. Great location, nice sauna area, very clean, excellent breakfast, luxurious linens, comfortable bed. The room we stayed in was super (suite with jacuzzi) it even had two bathrooms. They don't have that much parking. The indoor pool area could also be bigger for such a large four star hotel.
