Amazing food, not a big choice but excellent. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The sauna in the bathroom is a great plus!

Clean spacious room close to town. The sauna. Ability to make use of the pool and facilities of hotel chains other building up the road. Intentional blocking of all popular TV streaming apps. We’ve never encountered this before. We thought there was something wrong with the Smart TV. No microwave. We didn’t expect that either. Minimal kitchen supplies.

A bit far from the centre.

Parking is not fenced off/secure, Lack of noise isolation between rooms, we could hear our neighbors conversations.

Price for parking is quite steep 40 PLN/day, some places in the room were not 100% clean (blood stain on the sheet), very late check-in at 16:00. Very touristic area but that’s what we chose. The staff tries to be suuper helpful until it isn’t - at the breakfast for example, I was asked 5!! times if they could take my plate even when I still had food on it and was obviously eating, it was funny the third time, but the fifth time was really annoying. We didnt even stay that long - it was my only plate.

Breakfast products should have labels with names and ingredients. Some can have restrictions and allergies, it was very uncomfortable to ask. We were also asked to confirm that we will come with a pet. They mentioned that this is important to prepare the apartment accordingly but we have no clue what they prepared. 60 zl is a bit expensive for pet. Additionally we found a free parking out of property but 40 zl is also expensive for parking, if you want to park in property.

Rooms were nice. Building noise on Easter Friday from early morning in front of the window.

The size of the room was very big. The rooms were clean and tidy. Beds are great and very comfortable. Amazing location. Shops very close. Amazing hiking trails in the area. Lovely small sauna in the room. The price of the stay was horrendous. The price only included breakfast, which made the stay very expensive. They could have added dinner to the stay, at least for that enormous price.

It was quiet, just regular apartments. The breakfast was normal and standard. At check-in, the receptionist was rude and unfriendly. After checking in, we found out that breakfast — which is included in the price — is served in another building, 5–7 minutes away, and then you have to walk back uphill. That’s really inconvenient. When you book a hotel with breakfast, you expect to eat without having to put on jackets and go outside. One evening, the electricity went out in our apartment, and we couldn’t use the sockets for an hour. Reception closes at 10 PM, and this happened later. In the sauna, the benches aren’t fixed — it’s unsafe, we almost fell onto the stones. The massage was listed on the website as 250 PLN, but I was charged 290 without warning. The spa is located in a different 5-star hotel. We compared the prices and found that staying in that hotel would cost only 100 PLN more for two nights. Taking everything into account, it’s just not worth staying at 5 Seasons — better to choose a proper hotel from the beginning.
