Very kind and helpful staff, good silent hotel location Loud neighbors with very loud kids, screaming all 24 hours: during the day and during the night

Very friendly and professional staff. I really liked the location, the room, dinner and breakfast. We received good emotions and are satisfied with the rest. Thank you all very much for your work!

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Is located on the hill, it was not easy for my small child and grandparents to climb everyday.

Absolutely horrible Very poor food. Restaurant closed after 1st day and only leftover as a buffet. Myself and little.s9n got seriously sick after eating old food. We taking legal action.

Good breakfast (paid extra), playroom for kids, balcony. Staff does not speak English or speaks very limited English (except for a kind young boy who has just started working at the reception). Different prices for dinners (depending on the size of the buffet), that nobody informs you about ahead (we found out from the bill). Info booklet in the room available only in Polish.

We came here for 4th time - it's our ultimate hotel to stay in Szklarska Poreba :). Location excellent - surrounded with woods, one side faces a babbling brook with its nice calming 'white noise', so nice to sit on the balcony and listen to it while breathing local crisp air). But main feature is of course the restaurant with its Chef - breakfast and dinner buffets are just fantastic and a special thing in itself to come for in this hotel. We stayed over the Easter Holiday weekend, and the festive menue was fabulous - our many compliments to the Chef. Plus parking places for those traveling by car. Plus very friendly and flexible personnel who respond to your personal needs or requests. The balcony doors might need some fixture since they won't open easily at times (requires some adaptation of your windows closing skills :) ).

We came here for the third time - because of location but mainly because of exceptionally good breakfast (and dinner as well, we always ate dinner in the hotel). The choice and quality of food at the buffet is above any praise - highly recommended. –

Breakfast (as usual - we stayed here for the 5th time :) ). This time we stayed in a Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment - a bit pricier but worth it! –

Friendly staff, clean linens, no bad smell in the room (like somebody wrote). Quiet location. Good breakfast. All day hot drinks. Welcome water in the room. Not very comfortable mattress. It would be good to clean/wash pillows.

Its location was peaceful, from the balcony all one heard was the running stream, the birds and the wind in the trees. The breakfast choices were wide ranging, even to fish, and food was cooked and presented well. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. That there were no coffee/tea facilities in the room

I liked a lot free coffee & tea option available the whole day and in the evening. I liked a variety of dishes during breakfast. Good location for starting hiking. Kind of peaceful feeling as it's far away from the active streets. Kind of far to go from the center if you travel without the car.

At first, the hotel looks great: - great location next to the forest and stream; - big parking; - polite and friendly staff at the reception desk; - comfy, quick elevator; - spacious room: even if it is a single it has a big bed, a couch, pair of chairs next to the table; - there is a balcony too! - a restaurant with a nice view and cozy, stylish coffee included; - an entertainment room in the basement consists of bowling thingy, a pool table, and a table soccer. But when you go for details you discover that: - no shower cream included, almost no soap (ended the first night); - room doors have slamming devices, so you can expect a door-slamming championship somewhere at 3 a.m. at night; moreover, there is a huge gap under the door to make all the noises even more annoying; - on the second store you can hear bowling noises pretty clear, you may even try to guess the number of pin hit; - no staff in the restaurant, you can sit at the table and, literally, for a half hour not seeing a waiter; you can also stay next to the bar not seeing the barman at all; - you could have two types of Czech draft beer if one wasn't out (on Saturday afternoon and almost empty restaurant) and the second one wasn't sometimes broken.
