Everything was clean. Very good breakfast. Adequately equipped kitchen. Outside swings for children. Very fast check-, in/check-out. The beds for adults were soft, but comfortable, the bunk-bed squeaked slightly. Small but nice bathroom. Refrigerator in the room. The staff was nice, but had comunicate only in Polish. The location is near the forest and near the cableway, what is good, but a little far from city center (and on the top of the hill, so you always must go uphill). We had not a nice view from our room.

- very good price/quality ratio - location next to the trail on Szrenica or a trail from Łabski Szczyt / Hala Łabska - tidy and clean rooms - nice view on the mountains with a small balcony - Żabka is right around the corner - beds are not the most comfortable ones you can have - parking is extra paid 20 PLN/day - to check-in we had to call the property number as the door was shut and there was nobody at the reception (it was around 7 pm) - to get to the town you have to walk down from the slope like 15-20 min and then walk back up, so I would mind that if you like to limit walking

Location, relaxed and easy going. We had electric bikes that we needed to charge and store some where and it was fine.

The location is extraordinary, 2 minutes to the cable car, all rooms have a great view to the mountains. The buffet breakfast is very tasty, and there is a good selection of choices every day. The rooms are clean and have a nice look and a great balcony and the staff is helpful and attentive. Some minor inconveniences: the WiFi was only working occasionally, and the rooms are lacking a wardrobe - there are only shelves. Additionally, the mattresses could be more comfortable.

Excellent location, just a few steps to the lifts to Szrenica. Trekking route starts right at the hotel's corner. Clean rooms, large room for children in the basement. Rich and tasty breakfast, friendly staff. Poor Internet connection. Wi-fi worked two days in the week only. Our room stank horrible. Like an old sailor lived in the room and smoke smelly pipe.

Excellent locations close to the waterfalls and nice naturevarious very tasty breakfast with nice coffee. Beds are very soft, not very comfortable for me or my family. Beside that all was great.

Perfect location, just steps from the black route to Kamieńczyka Waterfall and to the lifts to Szrenica. Easy to find with GPS and has a good size car park. Small convenience shop Żabka next door. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. Wonderful mountain view from the balcony. Far enough from the town centre to ensure peace and quiet at night. We had a great sleep in our comfy beds. One balcony door was missing its roller blind. Battery in TV remote control was low. For some tourists the 15-20 min distance from the gastronomy points would be a disadvantage.

Room was clean. Bathroom excellent. Cold. No soap, shampoo or shower gel. Average breakfast. Children’s area in bad condition. Lots of broken games and equipment. Bad parking. No English spoken.
