I liked peace and quiet far away from the bustle of the town centre. With a peaceful atmosphere and most delicious breakfast we could imagine. The hostess was amazing and we had some interesting chats. I truly recommend this place.

The location was perfect for us to get around to all we wanted to see. It was a nice area to walk and easy to get to the main area of town. The location was nice and peaceful and our stay was very enjoyable. The was a good choice for breakfast and all ready prepared for visitors. I think that the room could have been cleaner for incoming guests. On the first day the coffee machine was not working but there was instant coffee supplied. Generally nothing that caused any real problems.

We rented two rooms and both had comfortable beds, one room even an annex like a living room and the villa is in a peaceful location. Besides Villa Grace itself, walking down to town took about 20-ish minutes, back up the hill 30-ish. At New Year's Eve, we were lucky to find a taxi home at PLN 50 which we consider a good deal. The only staff we met was "Mr. Everywhere-and-everything" who seemed to work non-stop doing everything as a one-man-band. Perhaps he was a little overstretched in terms of all the things he had to do given there are only 24 hours in a day. Parking was included and we always found a spot. A non-exhaustive non-prioritised list: - In one of the two rooms, the TV was fixed at request. In the other room, we never got it to work. - While we weren't promised a fridge, the one in one of the rooms didn't work. - Cleaning was superficial and surfaces such as by windows had considerable dust and dead insects lying around. - In one room, we found a pack of Durex (condoms) left behind/not thrown out. - In one room, most light bulbs or spots in the ceiling weren't working making the room rather dark (being winter already). - We're unsure if we should have expected housekeeping, but there was none during our four night stay. - Each floor had trash bins in the hallways, but these seem never to have been emptied during our four night stay. - Given the above, perhaps a smaller thing: We never found the dishwasher tabs in the common kitchen, so the dishwasher was of no real use while there were no kitchen towels for doing dishes the old-fashioned way. Summing up, relative to the considerable price, the quality lacked behind by quite a bit.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was really clean and we had free parking. The stuff did not speak English but everything was fine with the translator. They were really nice! I would say it is a really good place to go with the car if, like us, you want to go skiing. Everything was 5 min away with the car. If you do not have a car, it does not matter, there are buses. I would repeat in Poduszka Villa Grace!!

Shared kitchen facilities were handy The credit card machine did not work so had to pay in cash. The hotel was further away from the action and up a very steep hill. No toilet paper in our room but another guest had a spare roll.

It's a nice, quiet neighborhood and the villa is super comfortable for a quick getaway weekend. The rooms are spacious, there is also a separate kitchen for making your own breakfast if you don't want pre-order one. It's slightly far from the center if you don't have a car, but still accessible.

Clean rooms. Very unfriendly staff from beginning to the end. First, she yelled at me that I rang the bell to much. When we lost a room card she was hysterical. No breakfast option although their webpage offers it.
