I paid extra for internet and I still had my streaming service buffering every 30-40 minutes while watching something with only one device connected

Felt like a homeless shelter as there were many people living there

Nothing When I attempted to check on, the lobby was full of homeless people and their belongings. The smell alone was so strong I could not even wait in the line among at least 30 people if I wanted to check in. The parking lot was a mess and I did not feel safe to stay there so I left.

Some of the things were broken in my room & no dishes in the kitchen area

It was quiet and comfortable for what it is. Nothing fancy just a small private space. Staff is friendly and helpful if you need anything.

The only things that were a negative for me were that the bathroom outlet did not work and that one mirrow was behind that TV which it didn't make sense why it was half way behind that TV. But over all it was a good. Stay.

Cons: Our room was rather run down (burn marks on the counter, stains on the bathroom sink.). The mattresses are HARD as a dang board. I feel like I slept on a piece of plywood. :( Pros: Friendly and helpful front desk staff. (We had to switch rooms because the first one they put us in had clearly housed a smoker, despite this being a fully non-smoking hotel. They quickly moved us and apologized.) secure parking behind a Gate. Quiet, no road noise (we were on the back side, 3rd floor).
