I ate at the restaurant "Bite" and it was great. Every member of the staff there was friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had, even about traveling in the area. I will book there again.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. Our room was clean and inviting. Breakfast at THE BITE restaurant was very delicious and reasonable priced. We would stay at The Murano again and will recommend it to our friends visiting Tacoma!

We stayed on the 16th floor, which offered a wonderful view of the city. I was a bit concerned about the parking, as it was offered without security, and they charged $30 for self-parking. The location was excellent for downtown. We didn't take advantage of any of the amenities.

Appreciated the free parking wl free EV charging

The hotel and artwork was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our late night beverage and convo at the lobby bar with the bartender. Beds were comfy. Only negative was our room was right next to the elevators and they were squeaky loud and woke me up early.

We enjoyed our stay. The art work was nice & we appreciated that it was dog friendly. I wish there would have been complimentary coffee in the lobby, you had to go wait in the restaurant to have it made & the coffee machines in the room never do it for me. A water in the room would have been nice as well.

Refreshed rooms are great, Leti at the restaurant was great as always.

The room and view were perfect. The ac did have a hard time keeping the room cool, but it wasn’t unmanageable.

It was a nice stay. All staff we came in contact with from front desk to the waitresses at the Bite restaurant were so very nice. The only thing that was a bummer was that breakfast is NOT included in the stay. I would’ve booked elsewhere if I knew that beforehand. I didn’t find out breakfast was not included till I checked in. I guess that was my fault since I didn’t read the details before booking.

I booked an executive suite and was happy with the room until I was met with the unbearable sound of the elevator shaft motor clanking all day and night. It was as loud as someone knocking on your door all night. I was thankfully able to get this resolved by the staff by getting a room further away from the elevator... but if this was an issue that was being worked on, please don't place guests near the elevator. I could still hear it 5 doors away from the elevator in the next room. The hotel was busy, and again, I am glad that I was accommodated properly. The place was great, and I will be staying again when that elevator gets fixed!

I’ve been to the Seattle-Tacoma a number of times and think this will be my new go-to to stay when I’m in the area!

My biggest problem with this hotel was how inaccessible it was. The main door wasn’t automatic or had an ADA button, I can’t remember about the side door. The “accessible room” was far from accessible. The shape of the room and the size and location of the bed made it impossible for me wheelchair to get past the bed. So I was confined to the corner the entire tile and couldn’t get to the window of 80% of the room. Luckily I could use the bathroom, otherwise I would’ve left. The bar in the lobby was also completely inaccessible, since it was on an elevated deck and had no ramp. Seriously??! Definitely not worth the price for me

Clean hotel/rooms were very modern .great view of the city and of Mt Rainier. We had an issue with no wash cloths in the room and no working hotel phone to call the desk. Also the front desk put us on hold when we called with our cell phone and never came back on. Went to the desk and the person was busy and nobody else to help her out. No breakfast options for early travelers

The elevator was a huge hit with my kids (20 yo) and the room was bright and spacious. They both loved the bed, quoting it was insanely comfortable. We were also offered two free drinks, which I immensely appreciated. 10/10 would stay again. Tacoma was also, so much better than expected. The whole area around the hotel was so immaculate and safe. The restaurants and waterfront were wonderful to discover.

A/C barely work, water pressure was bad and water was barely warm.
