nothing the hotel is actually closed already but it is still open for booking. this is so deceptive. i was in so much stress because of that. Booking.com needs to do something about this.

Place is under renovation and I can't understand why they are still accepting bookings. It's a hassle drfinitely on our part.... We arrived late in the evening only to find out the place is under renovation... None

Closer the market & store The place did not have a working elevator & air-condition in the lobby & the room kind of moldy smell.

The place is a mess, dirty sheets are on the floor uncleaned floors. broken elevator, bed was not okay suffocating and noisy air-con. sheets are uncleaned and smelly. Not a good place to bring a kid worst!!!

Room size was commensurate to the price. Beds are comfortable. Aircon in good working condition. Room was not readily available when we checked in. Also, type of room requested during online booking turned out to be unavailable. There was a leak at the toilet and there were no wastebaskets in the room. Pillows were hard.

The building itself looks so new and well maintained. When we came sa room, we were right naman. Room was absolutely clean and even the bathroom looks really good.

It is a nice place, affordable and near in public market. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The second floor hallway is stinky. There were garbages in front of room 201 that were not kept. The rooms has no trash bin and the towels was not washed properly.

The location is very ideal for us. The staff are also accommodating, They made sure talaga na comfortable ang naging stay namin. Super thankfyl with this team.

The property is near to the city proper. I didn't like the new manager of the property she was too strict and not considerable!!! She dont fit to be a MANAGER How I wish she is kicked out by that hotel. It was horrible.!

WIFI connection is vital. We specifically requested for rooms na may magandang signal.Luckily, mabilis naman pala talaga ang WIFI nila, Aside from that, we are super pleased that everyone is so hospitable and accommodating no matter how many times we have raised some requests. Overall, happy kami! wala po. ok lahat

Kapag may mga requests, mabilis din silang magrespond and mag assist kapag may mga special requests. Staff are so polite at all times specially yung night staff nila. Kudos to her! Commendable din kung pano nila imaintain yung room, CR , and even public areas. Alagang alaga talaga none. check in to check out was superb!
