Breakfast was good . Service and staff were very nice. The rooftop area was also nice No elevator. Room on the 3rd floor and restaurant of the 4th floor! Bathroom shower and toilet shower leaking. Moved to a different room and they were leaking there too. Sometimes no hot water. Internet poor. Parking difficult and hotel difficult to find.

The place is very dirty, the AC is not working, sheets have blood stains, floors have so much hair from previous guess, dead cockroach everywhere, also the black out curtain is so dusty, Plus this property is not even accessible, you have to go through very tight dirt roads to get to the property. The place looks cute in the pictures but in reality, it’s just so dirty, humid and hot since their AC doesn’t work. I’d rather spend more to get to a decent place than this.

Rooms are big enough, with fridge and kettle. Comfortable bad. Staff was fine. Decent location in Tagum, not hard to find with google maps. Simple breakfast can be served to the room if u ask for it. Need to clean aircons in some of the rooms

The breakfast was the best!! Charging me extra for ladies mistake with menstrual period on the bed sheets.

Didn't try it. This is a pet peeve of mine of all hotels, you're on vacation, why do they try to rush you to get to breakfast before 10:00am, I want to relax and get to breakfast when I want to eat, that's not specific to this hotel almost all Hotels do this and I hate it. There is no sign on the very tiny road to get to the hotel, luckily the GPS knew where it was otherwise I would've never found it. The biggest problem I had with this hotel was the smell, they have a sewage line in front of the hotel it absolutely smells disgusting, which means that the air conditioning blows that disgusting air into your room, also goes into the drain of the bathroom stinking that out as well..

Sometimes, the water lines would get air in them, and you'd lose water pressure. Watch your steps at the pool because it's easy to slip on them when they're wet.

Comfortable bed Not enough basic essentials in the kitchen. No outlet (for chargers ) by the bed. I had to buy extension wires because the outlet was far from the bed. Also the bathroom has a very small vanity. Not enough space for guest personal stuff like, make up etc. I suggest put a small bathroom shelf behind the toilet tank, it could be useful for personal stuff and towels etc.
