Quite clean and very comfortable nicely built hotel with very modern facilities and nice rooms Well overall is the location, because it is almost at the outskirts area not near the downtown or busy streets, hard to get to the foods or restaurants but good thing is they have 711 nearby

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was very new and spacious (and had its own elevator!). The entire property is quite new and looked very well designed. The amenities were also nice - there was a free children's play area and hot baths and the breakfast was good. The beds in our villa were incredibly hard and uncomfortable (3/4 of us had back pain from sleeping on the beds)! We complained to the staff but they weren't able to offer any solution and did not seem to care. The staff were generally not very helpful. We also asked for more room keys as we had 4 adults staying in our 2 bedroom villa and they would only give us two. Also the AC in the bedroom was not working well (it was one of those sneaky hotel ACs where it is limited on how cold it can go), which made it hard to sleep. For the price of our stay, I expected better service and more comfort.

The breakfast was a great and quality spread. Nice space where both business and family travellers could enjoy the start of the day. The family room was great with the balcony, space, beds and tent. Loved all that was offered on the first and second floors. Would have appreciated a partition between the sink and the sleeping area so that those sleeping need not be disturbed by someone using the sink. Laundry facilities would be a good addition. Since dinner options are limited, being able to eat at the common area on the second floor was great. Regular tables and chairs would be good.
