Got upgrade from one double bed to two double bed. Although its a "green" hotel where they try to reduce waste, you can basically get all necessaries if asked for. Staffs are friendly and nice.

Location and cleanliness, comfortable bed is a bonus.

The surrounding area is a bit shody but not that it’s unsafe. Also our room didnt get bed sheets change for 4 night straight but when I complained, a waiting staff there changed our bed sheets at 11 pm which I really appreciated!

1. Clean modern rooms that were very functional, spacious and comfortable 2. Free water cooler and love the touch of going green 3. Overall enjoyed our stay very much and made our visit to Taichung really great! 1. Location is near multiple bus stops that connect you to the rest of the city easily, however it can be quite far from places like Feng Chia market (30min bus ride). The building it is in is called ASEAN square and it does have a few KTV/pubs. Having said that, we felt safe and did not encounter any shady characters during the whole stay. 2. If you want your bed to be made, you have to specifically call the front desk. Otherwise the room service only replaces towels and clears out the trash bin... not sure why this is the arrangement but just note.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to our requests. They even gave great recommendations on where to eat and what to see nearby. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and popular spots like Miyahara, as well as convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. Although the exterior of the building looks a bit dated, the interior is modern and impressive. Our room was superb—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a refrigerator, hairdryer, and a modern toilet with a bidet. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel was located fairly close to Taichung Station. There were lots of restaurants and shops around in the Central area. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. The bathroom had a nice tub with surround glass on two sides, separate shower stall and toilet compartment. Hotel entrance was hard to find. We walked around the building but couldn't find the entrance. There were lots of vendors lining the covered sidewalks. We knew the front desk was on an upper floor. We had to ask a merchant on the ground floor where the hotel entrance was located and he was so nice and actually led us to it. It was located in the back from the main street along the west side of the central plaza - ASEAN Square. Hotel entrance lobby really needs to be refurbished. It was in an old building and the elevators showed their age. The room was a good size but it had a bad view of an abandoned building across the street. Watch out for the door thresholds. We tripped and stumbled over them.

Near to Taichung station and bus stop. Walking distance to various places of attractions. Room is big. Staff that we met are generally friendly and helpful. I think the housekeeping can do a better job. I do not understand why the bed wasn’t made when we asked for housekeeping.

The property was clean, you look great, my room was huge, the view was great. The price was great too. Location was solala :)

I liked the decoration and modern furniture. the laundry service for free, tea for free at the reception, friendly staff. The mattress was not comfortable. I could not open the window. Only AC no ventilator, the neighborhood does not look nice but it is safe

convenient location for foods and transportation. simple and spacious quadruple room.

Superb

Location is good & room is spacious & clean. The walls are not sound proof. Could hear neighbours talking & laughing late into the night (past midnight)

Great location, 10 mins walk to Taichung station. Facilities was great and staff were really friendly and welcoming, they even recommended food places to go! Aircon was a little loud, might not be good for light sleepers and there’s only 1 mirror in the bathroom.

Very good

The bed, bathroom, room, service was all amazing! We were lucky to get upgraded for our stay. There is a washing machine and dryer for use. The location is excellent proximity to the main train station and several bus routes. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the dryer was not drying our clothes properly and took a long time. This doesn't 'dampen' my experience though.

this hotel was the best in my taiwan trip - so central, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The pillow is better than the one i have at home. The room was spacious and the hotel lobby was also very conducive for having a snack with a good view. hotel was actually located within ASEAN Square - i don't fancy this shopping mall, it actually felt a little shady. Having said that, you can avoid the mall entirely as there is a separate entrance to the hotel

A cozy, fancy hotel with city view
-
Located in a dated area of ASEAN square but it’s not that bad since it’s pretty close to the train station

Convenient location near bus and train stops. Lots of local Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The interiors are modern with a Scandi/Japanese wooden aesthetic. Clean and spacious room, we received an upgrade to a room with 3 beds. There is a laundry room with 2 laundry machines and dryers which we were able to use, however during peak periods there were some other guests after us who were unable to dry their clothes before the room closed. The common area is comfortable with snacks and tea which you can help yourself to. Our room did not have any windows which affected our sleep/wake cycle
