Location is closed to the night market and there are several yakiniku places around which are also very good. I booked 2 triple rooms and they are both clean, spacious and comfortable. Good value. Staff were polite, helpful and professional too. Only 2 machines on the top floor. I would prefer if there is a gym but that’s just me!

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated being able to give them bottles of water to be left in their freezer for me each night. I liked the scents of the shampoo and body wash. The couch was comfortable, the lighting was strong in both the bedroom and living areas. The lobby area was lovely. The carpet in the 8th floor hallway was extremely stained and should have been replaced long ago. The towels and bath mat also looked old and had ragged edges. For those with mobility issues, the steep stairs to the bedroom loft area would be a deal breaker. We were aware of them however, when we booked our room. The flashlight in the bedroom area, to navigate the steep stairs at night, didn't work. There was some sort of plastic gun in the bedroom.

The family room is big and spacious. The bathroom is big and spacious too. It has a bath tub and a big shower area. We soaked in the bath tub to relax after a tired day of touring Alishan. The beds are comfortable and we fell asleep easily. Location is acceptable, 10 minutes walk to the popular Feng Chia Night Market and shopping area. Just beside the hotel there is a bus stop that has many buses that go to most places of Taichung. The floor in the bedroom and some part of the corridors is made of wooden planks and when we walked on it has squeaky sound.

Front desk staff were very helpful. I was able to extend my trip with no issues. It was clean and housekeeping kept my room clean. Location was great and near a famous night market in Taichung. Good value. It was 20min taxi ride from city center. I stayed room 706, the floor at the bathroom entry and a small part of the loft area was warped.

The location is good, not in the night market chaos but still walking distance to night market and many restaurants around They claim they have fitness centres but it’s just two bikes machines on the entertainment floor. Feel they are lying about the facilities

It comes with a bathtub! Very large bathroom! Very clean spotless room! Staff is very polite, humble and friendly. Always very attentive and professional. They open space rooftop for coffee and tea, a snooker/pool table, and open space smoking area. Coolest decent hotel I have stayed in Taiwan! Very easy accessible by bus, 7-11 is just next door. No view/window for a family room.
