Great bathtub with view A bit difficult to find the hotel lobby.

Very down to earth hotel, that more resembled a condo as there is very little going besides the hotel rooms and a lobby, which is located on the 5th floor (information at the entrance is only in Chinese, so have your phone visual translator at the ready) Wifi was an on-off thing and not the most reliable for work. Hotel room also has a TW/workbench, but would not call it a workspace neither and the hotel does not offer dedicated workspace or lounge. Also did not particularly enjoy having to go to a detached breakfast place, which was offering primarily a lot of rather not-so healthy food and with menus exclusively in Chinese, be ready to use your phone to visually translate a lot. Overall great volume per value, but far from being varied - burgers or fried food for breakfast are not my usual way to go. Would not consider it a breakfast included, if you dont like to munch on burgers or fried food early in the morning.

no hot water while taking shower shower gal was limited

staff were impolite, had stains on the sheets, as well as pillow had a wet stain. being on lvl 5 was super hard to sleep in the morning as there was so much noise. the staff members were chatting super loudly and laughing and interrupting the guests sleep.
