The hotel is situated near (but not so near) the Feng Jia night market. Carrefour is about 15 mins walk away. This hotel is Overpriced, and the lack of staff is very frustrating. There is only two PC panel to handle checkin and NO ONE available to talk to. Check in time is at ridiculous 3pm with no way to leave the luggage anywhere. What you want customer to do when arriving earlier at noon? There isn't any seat to wait. The toilet is run down and mine did not work. I don't know how to get it fixed. And the basin is outside the toilet, The room is situated next to a very busy noisy rood. You might as well sleep for free at the corridor downstairs. I felt cheated to have paid for my room. If possible, I want my money back! I won't be fooled again!

Self check in and out was pretty easy. Room cleanliness is not that fantastic. When we’re about to check out, found a big patch of mouldy wall. My main disappointment with this hotel is the electrical plugs. I can only find two working ones in our room. I could not charge in other 4 plugs. And since this is an unmanned hotel and we were just staying for a night, I did not take the trouble to find a fix for this.

Bathroom was great, good shower, nice toilet with bidet AC blows right on your face as you lay in bed. Place was showing signs of wear, scratches on walls etc. Carpet didn't feel clean

Location, near to Fengjia Night Market. All things are good, but let down by a towel with 2 holes on it. Also, shower gels & shampoo is not sufficient for 2 showers.

Not easy to get car parking around hotel, there are few parking area a little far away from hotel and need to be paid

bed was super comfortable, check in was very smooth, room was fairly large, wifi was good, location couldnt be better nothing, all was solid
