The room is nice and clean. The bed is firm and comfortable.

Great location, comfortable bed and nice shower Great location and comfort would give this hotel a 9… unfortunately the front desk staff earned a 0 because they were the most unfriendly we have encountered in our ten months of traveling full time and staying in hotels all over the world. They hide behind their desk, talking amongst themselves, never greeting you; not even a smile or a hello. I have to say they could use some training or perhaps they need to get out of the hospitality industry? The only person who greeted us with a smile in this hotel was the lovely room cleaner, whom we made sure to leave a generous tip for… and we hope he didn’t have to share it with the front desk staff.

They provide laundry service and price is very reasonable. In Summer, that helps us quite a lot!

The beds were really comfy. We just love the large windows with the view of the river. We really appreciate the staff allowing us to leave our luggage until our check in time plus they’re effort in communicating with us in English. Thank you so much! Wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely book here again if I come back to Taichung. Location wise, it’s quite walking distance to the night market and bus/train station. We like to walk so the distance isn’t that far. None

No soundproofing you can hear the cars and people in others rooms! The walls are not cleaned they need to refresh the walls The room was not the one that I’ve seen in pictures the bedrooms, old furnitures

Location is not bad about 15 mins walk to fengjia night market. Downstairs coffee machine is a bonus, it is free to make hot coffee in cold day Bed is queen size and a bit soft. The room is quite cold in Feb even after switch off the aircon.

Is a good cost benefit , also has an Indian restaurant in the same building. Can’t say anything. It was a pleasure staying 4 nights there.

1) Friendly and dedicated staff who responded very quickly, 2) our room is on the small side, but very comfy, 3) large, bright and clean bathroom, 4) toilet bowl with bidet and warm toilet seat (for winter), 5) iron and ironing board provided upon request 1) Too little space and too few hangers to hang up our jeans and winter wear, 2) sockets were placed too closely together causing only 1 usable socket for plug-in and charging (we are international travellers with different plug requirements)
