No hand soap provided, available for purchase from front desk or bring your own or use the body soap in the shower. Water drains very slowly in shower. Shower door seal broken, water leaks out. Front desk not always staffed.

The 16h (quite late) check-in had to be done through a machine, and checking in earlier was therefore not allowed. There was also a balcony in our room, but we were not allowed to open the door to access it.

I liked everything. Close to train station and Eating places and buses. Very spacious room. Loved the big comfortable single beds n lighting No place to hang hand towel. No place to hang clothes n bath towels when taking a shower.

Cons: poor cleaning and room maintenance, limited toilet paper for 4 guests, hotel is a self service hotel and you have to wait to check in with only 2 working kiosk with other guests fighting to check in at the same time.

Size of the room The carpet in the corridor should be replaced by a new one.

Very large and spacious Couldnt change the room temperature as it was through a centralised system. Air conditioner was on 19-22 throughout the stay and it was so cold at night I had to turn it off.

Location is near the main train station Room is big for the price Check in was automatic with the main lobby kiosk Check in wasn't as smooth as it should has been as the kiosk showed that they are still "cleaning" the rooms even though we arrived an hour after check in time, staff had to manually check the rooms and override the prompt Air conditioning wasn't working within the room causing it to be hot and stuffy Front desk sent technicians to adjust the settings but it was not resolved (they are able to offer fans, but no offer to change rooms) There was mosquito in the room as it looks like other visitors used the window to smoke and dispose of butt on the outside roof
