Is unique The practical facilities although design unique I find the toilet and shower quite set apart especially when I want to wash my face is separated from shower even though good to have separate but not across the hall. The tower hanger not practical in the shower it should be hang near the tub not next to the shower.

Loved the modern look of the hotel and the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helped accommodate a very late checkout for our very late flight out. Our room seemed to have a minor plumbing issue, but it didn’t compromise the experience overall. Would stay again.

Very nice & accomodating staff who can speak English. The staff member who checked us in recommended some local spots around the area which was handy. It is located in historic Taichung, so the surrounding area has a nice character to it. Quite a few cool spots within walking distance from the hotel. The close proximity to Taichung Park was a plus too if you want to get some exercise in!

Liked the inside garden The duvet cover was stained so we had to call the front desk to have it changed. While very stylish we found the lighting to be dark.

Well located, within walking distance to restaurants and market. The room was a bit small, but understandable due to space available.

The room was very big and of a very unusual modern design, as was the whole building. We also had a large balcony. The room was clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately there are no coffe making facilities in the room, but you can go to reception and they will make you a delicious cup of coffee. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. The hotel is in a great location very close to the beautifull Taichung park with its many squirrels and in walking distance (without luggage) to the bus and railway station. The latter is very handy in order to get the bus for a trip to Sun Moon Lake. We very much enjoyed our stay. If only there would be the option of using a washing machine, which unfortunately there wasn't.

Laid back, cool vibe. Beautiful design and a funky neighborhood. Walked to a couple of vibrant night markets. Vintage stores nearby. Nothing.

The room was very spacious. The lighting was great. The balcony was nice too. The walls were thin. I could hear the people on the other rooms, and the piping too.

First of all, we love the facade design, the interior, the vibes of this hotel. The corridor is nice and clean, there is a water dispenser so we can refill our tumbler everytime. Once we come to the room, it feels comfort, the bed is nice, bathroom also nice size. overall we love to stay here again in the future. Check-in and check-out so simple. the closet need adjustment a bit especially for the bidet.

The floor to ceiling windows are great. There was only 1 room left for me when I checked in. The staff advised me unfortunately it had a weird smell from a previous guest, so if I checked it out and didn't like it, they would bring an ozone air machine to help out. Overall, the staff provided me with very detailed instructions about the facilities. No laundry on site. The metal bed head seems weird. The metal shelf in the restroom is not large enough for any toiletries. I booked this hotel specifically for the location and the toilet bidet style, but the bidet didn't work. Overall, the price tag didn't come with anything I needed.

Absolutely beautiful, artistic place, super friendly staff. The room was small, but efficient and cozy.

Minimal in-room amenities, have to go to the reception to get tea/coffee. No in-room bottled water, need to fill own bottles at the water filter outside. Toilet was small and a bit awkward to move about.

The property is presented well online, and the lobby space and plants are very nice. Like I said, it presented well online however it fell short in reality. The room itself was much smaller than expected, and in particular the bathroom felt grimy and uncleaned. TLDR; we left a day early and copped the loss. Firstly, the reception offered us to cancel our booking via Booking.com and refund it to get a 'free cocktail' or late checkout. We were not interested and declined after being asked multiple times. A better offer would have been just checking in early so there wasn't a rush upon the super late check in time of 4pm? This time seems to be so late due to the cleaning of rooms – we were asked on check in if we had a time preference for the cleaning, and then it would not be done at that time so we gave up. The location was the worst part. Upon looking on the map I thought it would be a great central spot, however it is quite close to many karaoke and 'night' bars which felt quite unsafe at night. There was also a lot of noise from the next room and neighbouring buildings. Then, during the weekdays there was lots of construction noise which I understand is out of the hotel's control but something to note about the location. There were also issues with the toilet in the room, it would often stop working and not flush. These are things that got fixed by reception but would then just break again. I found it quite unacceptable for a hotel of this pricepoint to have issues like this. There was also no hair conditioner in the bathroom. In the end we left a day early, we found the location made exploring Taichung quite hard without a car and weren't having a good experience (on our honeymoon) at the hotel.

Check-in is a bit late. Shower and toilet are so far away in the suite and the ease of use of the shower is not so good. The suite was very used but clean.

No bottled water in fridge. What kind of hotel charges 4000NTD a night and not provide bottled water, using environmental friendly as an excuse.
