The staff were super helpful. My friend twisted her ankle off site and the staff really did everything they could to make sure my friend was accommodated. There weren't enough towels in the room

Exceptionally clean and comfortable — exceeded my expectations. The staff were fantastic, especially the front desk clerk, who was always helpful and greeted everyone with a warm, genuine smile.

Breakfast was quite good. They change the menu every day of the week, and I really liked the hash brown omelet. The bathrooms are quite good. The upstairs common area is really nice and comfortable as well, and they even have a pickleball court. They offer free access to the gym downstairs which is quite good. The location is very central as well. Floor 14 where the rooms are is quite weird. It smells of freshly poured concrete and feels like a parking lot for humans. There are chairs spread around that are very odd and out of place, and tea/coffee is paid outside of breakfast hours.

The location is good and convenient. It’s very easy to get there. The public area is bright with good view and it’s very comfortable to spend your own time and relax there. The bunk bed for female is spacious and the share bathroom is clean. Because the bunk bed is shared space, so it could hear some noise from others.

Amenities were well stocked, beds were comfy. The included breakfast was amazing. Nothing much, other than the fact that shower rooms were small, and didn't have much space for clothing/items.

It’s located on the 15th floor of a mall, so it can take several minutes for the elevator to come, and then several more to get up/down.

The cozy public room to overlook the city park Cannot provide earlier breakfast; the elevator is super hard to take during peak hours.
