The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, very helpful and gave us great tips, advising on things to do in the city! The room is just too small for 3 pax and it was extremely noisy due to serious soundproofing issues. Unfortunately our neighbours were not really quiet and it was difficult to fall asleep…. Payment was only in cash, not super convenient.

Very friendly staff and good location. Bed was comfortable. a little bit run down and not as clean as expected.

Look this is a cheap hotel in a non-tourist location - so don't expect too much. But the staff were great the bed was fine and bathroom was fine - what more could you ask for? Oh yeah that's right - a great Japanese (little grill) restaurant round the corner! We didn't go there for the view, so we weren't disappointed.
