Overall good, some details to be improved: Shower door did not close properly leading to water leaking in the bathroom, noise of water in the pipes.

Thanks to the hotel. I had excellent experience for staying in the hotel for 3 nights. Its location, cleanliness, staff, service and property condition are all good. Plus the price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend. None

The property is very beautiful with humble and supportive staffs. Cleanliness was extremely good. Self check-in and check-out availablity. It's was very hard to find. It's not properly located on Google map.

Lovely room that was very clean. Great location on a side street so it’s nice and quiet. Really loved our experience here. Check in was at 3 pm. We dropped our bags off and came back at 4:30 pm and our room still wasn’t ready. It’s hard to be out all day having arrived by an early train so we were tired. There’s a cafe and we weren’t offered a coffee/cake or discount for our inconvenience. Meanwhile we got an auto generated email telling us that we would be charged an hourly rate if we didn’t check on time. This was insulting after we had had to wait on them. Other than this, it was a good experience.

* Inconsistent Room Cleaning: I only requested cleaning every two days, but they failed to clean the bed once. * Neglected Bathroom: The sink had visible dirty spots and was not cleaned during my 5-night stay. * Unsafe Shower Chair: The shower chair provided was "not qualified" and would poses the falling hazard.

The location, walking distance to Tainan train station and to many eateries. The size of the room. It is extremely small.

The hotel was down a quiet lane. Staff were helpful when I discovered our room had no window. They were able to offer a much larger and brighter room for an increased cost. Nothing really but it was too bad that the coffee machine in the sitting area / cafe wasn’t available for morning coffee.

The location was centrally located and the staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and a good value. The room could have been a little cleaner.

I liked the location of the hotel. The water temperature was good too. I didn't like bed height. It was too low. The bathroom was a bit small. They have "windows" but you can't see anything outside because the windows have something on the other side that doesn't allow you to see through it.

Ugly room windows. Covered with some kind of film so you can’t see anything, but there was water between the film and the glass, like in a plastic bag. All bathroom floor got wet after showering.

1. Check in was relatively easy. 2. Staff quite friendly. 1. Shower door cannot be closed properly. Dry area always wet. 2. Toilet was filled with alot of drain flies. 3. Shower temp cannot be controlled. It kept changing from extreme hot to extreme cold. 4. Constant water flushing sound from top floor. 5. Zero sound proofing. 6. Horrible pillows. Way too soft even after stacking all 4 pillows on top of each other.

The staff were really helpful and responsive, they gave us recommendations of what to eat. The hotel itself is quite centrally located, just a few minutes to some great bars and eateries and very close to the nearest mitsui mall. They even helped us to call for a taxi to the train station on check out. No laundry services on site, but luckily there is a local laundromat within 5min away. The shower needs a bit more ventilation

Efficient and helpful staff, spoke good English. Good breakfast, clean comfy room, close to station and lots of eating places Only window was in bathroom and frosted glass, room was black and grey so was a bit gloomy.
