Everything about this place is spectacular. I got the basic room (cheapest available on this site, I think) and it was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler. I didn't feel cramped at all. It was also very clean. This place was honestly exceptionally amazing! One time, I forgot my room key in my room after hours, but I called the help line and they helped me out smoothly to get back in! They were very kind about it too (I felt bad). I have nothing bad to say about this place. Nothing.

This place is a gem with a lot of nice little touches. The bed also serves as a couch. It works kind of like a futon on the floor. Might be an issue for some people. Love the bathroom and the layout of the room. Location is great and tucked in an alley off Minzu Road. There’s a fun writing table, too. A small fridge would have been nice. Not a problem for me but the front desk is only staffed from 10 am to 6 pm.

This is a cute and cozy hotel right in the center of Tainan — quiet and easy to get everywhere. It was my first time sleeping on a futon bed which was unique but not as comfortable as a normal bed. The rooms are small but have everything you need.

Shower curtain should be changed/cleaned frequently. The bottom of the shower curtain was nasty. WiFi was not working in the room, need to get other random room’s WiFi instead.

I loved my stay in Tainan and I absolutely loved SSS Life Hotel. It’s very centrally located in a small quiet alley. Close to everything. There are free bikes to rent, which makes it super easy to get around the city, visit all sights, cycle to the beach. Design of the rooms is great, futon bed very comfortable, and shared area downstairs just beautiful. Highly recommended for your stay in Tainan! Nothing, all good.

My room looked exactly as on the pictures. It was tiny but neat and fulfilled its purpose for the stay. Location was good. The staff hardly spoke English. Most communication took place via google translator. The reception hours are only 10-18h. The mattress of the bed was too hard for me.

Great location. I can see a lot of effort going in, lots of small creative additions but it just not executed well. For example there is a ‘gym’ but it’s just 2 cardio machines. Also the bathtub is wonderful, but on one night only scalding hot water came out no matter what I did.

Really good location. Room was clean and spacious, they were able to give me a room last minute. Bath tub is wonderful. Facilities such as doing laundry and kitchen were also handy. Mattress was the most comfortable I’ve experienced so far and both me and my partner had the best sleep we’ve had so far in Taiwan. Staff were friendly and polite and felt welcoming. NA

The room was tiny. It had no desk or table top for the laptop, and no chair to sit on. The AC was loud but it did keep the room cool.

I love the place! The room is just the right size for a solo traveller. And so cleverly and neatly designed. Its location is great being close to many distinct shops and lanes. They also included a very handy introduction to all the local delights around them. The location is fairly central but advise not to try walking there from the main station with luggage. It’s quite a bumpy trip.

The room was small, but the ceiling was high so it didn't feel cramped. Small snacks and coffee were available in the public space. A washing machine was also provided. Nothing in particular.
