The room is big and spacious! There is bathtub too. The washing machines and dryer is available for use, just need to purchase the laundry pod from the counter (info as at time of stay 19 to 21 Jun 2026). Hotel staff is very helpful to secure transportation for us (as we have 5 pax). It's hard to get a taxi or even thru Uber for a family of 5.

The hotel's location is very convenient and you can visit various places by foot. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly as well.

Great value for the price! The room was clean and the staff were super friendly. The bathroom didn’t have much sound insulation in my room, but for the low price, it was acceptable.

It was convenient. Nice for one night stay for my family of 5 to stay in one room together. We didn’t have much luggage since we only stayed one night. We were not looking for luxury accommodations nor for a long term stay. So this was what we needed for one night at a good price. Staff was friendly , helpful, and spoke English well. The room was basic, but we didn’t mind since we only stayed one night. It was clean and comfortable enough.

The deck and location are good Before check in / After check out, the luggage kept service was charged by every 3 hours. And seems that this kind of info is not listed in the website. Using parking space needs to contact the staff during the stay the whole time. Due to motorcycle-riding, we have to in and out many times and call the front desk every time, this is kind of inconvenient. If staff is in the middle of something , then we need to wait a bit till staff can notice then allow us to get into the parking lot…

When Tainan state had a water emergency, the hotel reassured us that they will not be affected. It was great! Toilet ceiling is abit low so tall humans have a hard time showering with their heads up

The room was very clean and the location is in walking distance to a lot of sightseeing things. The staff was also very helpful with us and we could leave the luggage there before check-in.

Staff let us leave bags prior to check in. Room was very large for two. Bathroom was spacious. Free tea and coffee available.
