Staffs are pretty friendly, and you can rent scooter if you have international licenses, if not, they offer bicycles too, it makes the trip of visiting the city more convenient

The staffs are friendly. Location is excellent. Its very valuable as parking is included. It would be better if there's more choice of channel or platform(e.g. Netflix) to watch on TV.

We had a very enjoyable few days there. The family room was large, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The furniture is modern and functional. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. Very helpful, friendly staff and a good location. We had the superior family room which was comfortable and spacious - was great having a lounge area. Breakfast was mostly Asian options, which we enjoyed.

The room liked nice and the bathroom was convenient; good shower and fancy toilet. We arrived by car and first got instructions for a parking lot a few minutes walking from the hotel however as we do not have internet this would have been difficult to find. After a few minutes another parking spot was offered which was right next to the hotel, much more convenient for us hence no idea why we were first directed to the other place. Reception staff was friendly. Breakfast was so so (for Europeans) This was the only hotel so far we had to pay for an extra bed and extra for breakfast for our 7 year old child.
