The staff were very friendly, though they didn’t speak English — totally fine, as Google Translate worked perfectly and everyone was lovely. There are great cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and the neighbourhood itself is a peaceful, residential area that feels very calm and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was good; however, on quieter days the hotel switches to an à la carte menu with only four options, none of which include fruit. The staff were very accommodating — they substituted items for me (for example, swapping French fries for extra vegetables) — but I would have preferred healthier breakfast choices. On those à la carte days, the restaurant also shuts the main coffee machine and serves coffee from a different machine, and unfortunately the quality is very poor. Whatever blend they use should really be reconsidered. The fitness centre is very poorly equipped. It only has a treadmill and a bike, and the bike didn’t work. There is space for a small weight rack, which would make a big difference. Wi-Fi was unreliable.

The Reception staffs were very polite. There is a cozy corner for beverage. There are bicycles for us to use. Breakfast was Good enough for me. Well, I saw a Lizard in My room.

The only thing that can be improved is the WiFi. Having remotes that can change HDMI settings would be nice, but the staff accommodated me on that. But the slow WiFi was frustrating as I was trying work on photos online and upload them.

Love the location...very quiet environment and close to the sports park so morning walk was enjoyable. Breakfast is a set menu with limited 4 choices for everyday was a disappointment.

I like the location of the hotel. It is near the city centre of the Tainan. It is very clean and nice room. The staff was also very pleasant. nothing

The location is extremely close to the baseball stadium. If you’re catching the Unilions game, this is the best choice if you don’t feel like going home after the game. The light switches are rather complicated. The bathroom only had glass doors, you’ll need to pull down the blinds. Also, remember to pull the blinds down before going to bed, as light escape into the bathroom.

Cozy room with comfortable design. The parking lot in the hotel B1 is not big enough to include all the customer’s car, but there is a super big public parking lot near the hotel. The price is reasonable. An additional comforter need to pay extra money. And we found a cockroach in the room and informed the front desk, but they didn’t do anything and no apology.

Located by a beautiful stream went through south Tainan, it's easy for the visitors to access trails full of fresh air and sounds of nature. The room is cozy and has a proper size, you can find anything you need in it. Although there are not so many restaurants nearby, but the breakfast is pretty nice, which is included in the room fee. The air conditioner clinking all the night, should be the operational sound of the relay.
