The decor and the food choice and quality were excellent. The AC system leaked all over our room entry area although the bedroom was very comfortably setup and spacious.

Wow…what an exceptional property! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were luxurious and roomy, the staff were superb and the food was abundant and delicious. The self serve laundry next door is a welcome bonus. Highly recommend!!! Nothing

Friendly and efficient staff, very spacious room, big bathroom and a very good buffet breakfast. Having a laundry on the third floor was an added bonus. 7-Eleven, Watson's Chemist and restaurants are all nearby. A very minor thing is a step down from the bathroom, it could be a fall hazard for the unwary.

Location is ? not too far from train station & closed to food streets; Bright & comfortable 8th floor, free (non alcohol) bar & snacks; Good variety of breakfast especially on weekends; Very friendly staff - a young man in bar & a young lady in breakfast room stood out with genuine smiles (too bad I didn’t get her name only noticed her day off was Tuesday, both her posture & attitude were very pleasant); DIY laundry (machines a bit old but clean & efficient) with free detergent Lights in room & bathroom could be better; no area to hangout or sit comfortably - 8th floor is the only bright spot unfortunately it closes at 5pm; gym is primitive

Beds are comfy, it's quiet (although always dependent on other guests), decor is modern. Staff are friendly. I would stay here again. Towel is tiny - bring your own. Also, the rooms are separated by a curtain which has a mesh top. Whilst this may be there to facilitate air flow, it means the lights from the hallway beam into your room all night. Either a dimmer switch for quiet hours or the option to turn them off is needed. Bring an eye mask! The mix of hotel/hostel still needs some work. People treat it like a hotel (expecting everything to be cleaned for them) which means the common areas quickly become dirty - the bathroom in particular was an issue when I was there. A few signs reminding guests it is a shared space and they should clean up after themselves would really help. Also, signs in other languages would be appreciated.
