There is a bathtub and a mirror for makeup The staff and management really do not like foreigners. If you aren’t southeast asian do not come here because they will charge you more and treat you like you are stupid unless you speak the language.

I like the ambiance, the attentiveness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. Maybe the refrigerator ?. Because it's not as cold as what we expect for the food and beverages.

I liked the location and the friendly staff. They're still doing some renovations but the noise was minimal. Overall a very good value. Would stay again.

An odd odour in the lobby and in some parts of the corridor, which may well have been mould. This is a potential hazard which needs attention.

Convenient location and value for money - exactly what I expected. Nothing more, nothing less. Additional star to a concierge (16th April 2025) who was the only person to greet me and kindly ashered me to the elevator. For a 3-star hospitality property, I expected the basics - a) being acknowledged by the front staff; and b) able to make general enquiries (I.e. today's weather - only to be told that it was a hot day ?). Language barrier is not an excuse for lack of customer service and care as I've been truly mind blown by the generosity of everyday Taiwanese people.

Very good hotel to stay. Location is quite good. Short walk from Tainan train station to hotel and close to 7-11. I sleep quite well for 3 nights. The hotel staff are very nice and willing to help. I will choose this hotel for my next trip in Tainan.

The room is spacious and clean. The location is good, 7-11 is just few walk away. All the local eatery stall are all nearby. It is a walking distance to the famous temple and the wet market. It really worth the stay. The pillows are to soft and flat. It doesn't give a good support to the neck. Making the sleep not enjoyable

The room is good and comfy. The location is good as it is nearby the train station.Nearby the hotel has a lot of eatery house where you can find food easily. Everything is meeting my expectation.
