・Easy access to the city center from the hotel. ・Helpful front desk agents. ・Quiet neighbourhood. ・Mini fridge in the room. ・Drinking water dispenser, but on the top floor. ・Luggage storage service after checkout with every luggage clearly got labeled which shows the hotel put serious effort in preventing unwanted happenings. ・Complimentary breakfast (one time only). ・Requested quiet room but unfortunately didn't get one, even though found out later after my stay that there seemed quite plenty of other room suits my request. ・Room soundproofing definitely needs improvement (managed to doze off after using earplugs and cover my ears with the pillow).

My room had no windows. There was junk food for breakfast. The room has no air exhaust, i had to run AC all night to get some air exhaust. The electrinic loc to the room did not work, I had to call for help twice. The price was high for this quality hotel.

The location is convenient, it seemed clean, there’s like a common area with books and games on the top floor. The room was pretty small even for one person when it was meant for two. The code based entry is a little bizarre with the code changing on random basis.. I really don’t mind carrying a card around. I have found bedbug bites after the second night. I had stayed in other two hotels before so I can’t if they were here.

Excellent location, close to everything. Comfortable and convenient. Excellent value. I don't have any complaints!

The staff was nice. The place and the rooms were clean. The common areas and the terrace were nice. The bedroom was quite small. For the "included breakfast", they gave us TW$100 to go to a local place nearby. It was not enough for 2 people. I would consider it almost a scam. In general, I don't think that you get a great value for money.

The location is excellent. The room comfortable. The room is a little small. Breakfast could be added. It’s not located very close to breakfast places or 7-elevens so that is the one disadvantage.

The sandwiches for breakfast was nice. Was difficult to find the hotel. A sign at the street entrance would be helpful.

Nice location : very central but in a narrow and quiet street. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Members of the staff at the front desk were really not nice and unwilling to answer the few questions I had eventhough they were able to speak English.
