Breakfast and location were very good. Room was clean. Room is tiny. Could barely even fit the bed and then no room for luggage.

Great value for the price. Great location, there are quite a lot of local food places within walking distance! (1)hotel very close to next building. Has to keep the curtain closed for the whole stay to keep privacy! (2) breakfast is decent but lack of variety; and they do no serve Butter for the bread!

Great location for walking to sites and city bus. Staff super friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Clean, nicely appointed rooms. Very quiet hotel. Free bike useage. The bed was very firm. Too firm for me but many people may not mind it.

Well-designed with great facilities. The bike lending service is a great for visitors to explore Tainan, it has saved me a huge amount of time on traffic. Also the location is fabulous, you would be able to access one of the largest market within 5mins’ walk, and there are a huge amount of famous restaurants within walking distance. It is around 10mins on taxi from the train station. The staff is very helpful as well! Nothing.

The staff was quite friendly but the way the manager run the hotel is terrible. They lack enough staff members to handle the breakfast, which causes them to provide the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.

Staff was nice, breakfast was alright although we didn’t really eat at the hotel most days. The snack basket they leave in the room is a nice touch. The wifi didn’t work at all during our stay which was super frustrating. We were able to connect with the password and kept the tv on as instructed by the front desk but it was basically unusable. Our room was not clean and lacking in supplies. Our shower had a clump of hair in the corner which was disgusting. We were left with very little toilet paper and ran out at night after the front desk staff was already out for the day and there was only like one or two napkins left in the box. I honestly think the cleaners just did not finish our room

The water was turned off one afternoon, with no warning given by the management.The breakfast was not as the website depicted.

Excellent room size, big windows, and a nice balcony. We chose the quadruple room with two double mattresses on top of a tatami floor. It was well decorated. The hotel is modern and spotless. Adding to that, we had the fanciest shower in our bathroom, where you could control the temperature and push different buttons depending on where you wanted the water to come from. The free rental bikes were a pleasant surprise, and we went biking twice: once to the Night Market (only 5 minutes away) and the next day to Shennong Street, a historic road (about 10 minutes away). I forgot my International Driver's License at the front desk, and they contacted me a couple of days after we left. They showed another level of hospitality and mailed it to the next hotel I stayed in Taipei. Thanks to the kind hotel staff.
