Staffs are friendly and polite, breakfast is good and location is good also. Bathroom could be cleaner, some mole's at the shower room.

Almost everything! The room is clean and spacious. Love that we have a bathtub so we can take a bath to relax. The location is pretty awesome. It is pretty close to wherever we planned to go. Nothing! Everything is great! We will def try the breakfast there next time!

I found the pillows unbelievably uncomfortable (dense and firm), and it really ruined my sleep. I asked for some other type of pillows, but they were similar.

Clean spacious room. Very good shower. Never ever, in our hundreds stays in various hotels all over the world, have we encountered a note such as the one left in our room by the management, incouraging (or more accurately, soliciting) us to leave a tip for the cleaning crew because their work is so important and should be appreciated, so much so, that they kindly offer to double every tip we leave. (But obviously, if we will not leave a tip, the management will give them nothing!)I find this message from a distinguished pricey hotel, to be rude and inappropriate. If you value their work so much, and so desperately want them to acknowledge it, just give them a substantial raise to their salary! A tip to a hotel staff is a personal choice, and no guest should be in a position of being pressured, by the management no less!, to give it.

During my three-day stay, the swimming pool was unavailable due to construction every day, and no compensation or prior notice was provided. In addition, during breakfast, the receptionist spoke in a rushed and impatient tone, which made the experience uncomfortable. The location and the size of the room We stayed at this 4-star hotel and booked the largest suite available. The location was excellent, and on paper this hotel has great potential. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to several serious cleanliness and service issues. 1. The air conditioner vent and filter were covered in mold and dirt. I had to go down to the front desk to report it. To be fair, it was cleaned later that same day, but this is something that should never happen in a hotel of this standard. 2. Under the bed there was an extreme amount of dust and dirt. When I noticed it, it genuinely made me feel nauseous — especially considering that we had been sleeping above this dust for our entire stay. After reporting the issue with the air conditioning, I expected the room to be thoroughly cleaned, but that did not happen. I should note that the front desk did offer to move us to another room when I reported the dirty air conditioner, but this was already after we had fully unpacked. At that point, I expected proper cleaning rather than a room change. 3. Housekeeping did make the bed and tidy the room, but the tea and coffee supplies were not refilled. When we asked for them to be replenished, they were placed on a side table instead of in the designated area. 4. We asked for assistance with sending our luggage to another city. We were told several times that this would not be a problem and that the hotel could handle it. In the end, however, we had to send the luggage ourselves from a FamilyMart. Overall, while the location is excellent and the suite itself was spacious, the level of cleanliness and service did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel, especially given the price and room category.

Great value for the stay. The property is clean and conveniently located. The staff in general are very professional and friendly. I especially appreciate the filtered water station (may be a mandate by the government) instead of water bottles. It was unfortunate that the two nights we were there, the city shut down water supply hence the swimming pool was closed. I would still highly recommend the hotel for future stays.

Variety selection for breakfast. Room is not that clean when we checked in. You can hear loud noise from the hallway in the room.
